The cookies are tasty, addicting, and AMAZING per usual. The Milk Chocolate Cookie has a sweet and hot melted chocolate taste. The flavors rotate every week, which makes it more interesting. The best Crumbl ever has a clean location that always smells delicious because they are always baking. The staff is hardworking, always kind and respectful, and provides excellent customer service even when slammed with customers. The environment is friendly and welcoming. However, the wait time to get the cookies is not that good even with ordering online, and the service at this particular location can be a bit childish with a lack of comprehension. Despite bad experiences and dirty messy experiences, the cookies are so good that people keep going back for more.
