Group of 5 white people were served before us, even though we came in 15 minutes before. Said our food was 'coming' after they realized they gave them our food. Still sitting here 45 minutes later.

So the food is amazing, but my husband and I arrived and the shop was empty… we placed Our order as usual and everything was fine… A large group of People came in 20 minutes after us. We received one of our four items and they proceed to serve the group that came in after us… they basically forgot about us and our order.. when I went up to speak to them about it.. we were told our food was still “cooking” this was not the case, as they have large glass windows.. basically, what happened this large white group took precedence over us. We will not be back to this location

Not a good place to eat.The dough are too thick and when it gets cold, it is leathery or stiffThe don’t even bother to serve the vinegar sauce for the small dragon dumpling. The octopus is good but over sauce with sweet sauce.Even though “dumpling hours “ are much more expensive than this place , I would recommend “dumplings hours “ over this restaurant. Dumplings hours the dough are thinner and flexible and the dumplings are more juicy. They have the wood ear that is excellent. Go to dumplings hours. The food is not great here, but the portions are huge.Go to dumplings hours.

Order BBQ Pork buns as a quick snack before heading to Trader Joes. When I went it was not too busy so the food was ready relatively quick. The buns were not too sweet and would definitely recommend them.

Remember, you are NOT there to taste Dim Sum, you are there to have some dishes from southern China, it's relatively close but mostly different style. So I suggest you go straight for the Xiaolongbao, Bun, Shanghai style chowmein and stir fried noodle, those are really authentic.

The dumplings were horrible. The skin/wrapping was too thick. It was like eating bread. The pork filling was not great either. Also ordered wonton soup. Soup was thick and dense. Wontons were not great. Again, skin was too thick. Filling was not good. I wouldn't come back.

My boyfriend & I were craving dumplings and he had mentioned this place next to Trader Joe's. We ordered 6 items thinking we wouldn't get full off just dumplings but then when all the dishes kept coming out we laughed at each other bc we actually ordered a lot and the portions were really good, enough to feed 4 ppl! Anyways we really liked this place and will definitely come back. Our favorite was the beef roll & sautéed garlic green beans. Also servers and waitresses were friendly.

Unfortunately, I have no choice but, to put 1 star in order to just write a review. My hubby got us some Wonton soup, which was just okay, nothing special about it. The only thing that they did different, was they separated the wontons from the soup. We tried the steamed BBQ pork buns, which were pretty dry. Nothing special about them. But, the worst part of it all, was the "Shanghai Chicken Chow mein" order. IT WAS SOUR, FOR SOME REASON! That was so GROSS! Don't bother getting your Chow Mein here, Go Somewhere Else. It was too late, to go back. It was raining hard, & Don't want to waste our time going back & giving you the same thing.

I'm glad they opened this little spot, situated between Trader Joe's and Crumbl Cookies, in Brentwood! Their food is so flavorful and fresh! We didn't wait too long to finally devour all the yummy dishes! The establishment looks spacious from the outside, but it is really small. Staff were pleasant and service was good! If you're craving dim sum and don't want to pay an arm and a leg. This is your go to place! You will not be disappointed!!
