This is heaven! The shave ice is Hawaiian in every way. It's delicious with great flavors and toppings! The staff is wonderful. It's clean and has that "come stay and talk story" all day vibe! It's really the best shave ice place I've ever been to! The family loves it! Highly recommend it!

We've been a longtime residents of Hawaii and this place is one of the places that's on point on dessert for hawaiian shave ice.This place is right across the buffet restaurant in Brentwood,nicely decorated inside,service is fast and aloha ice is so good,we just wish that it can be ordered for takeout,Mahalo to the friendly staff.

We LOVE Aloha Ice! It is a little bit of Hawaii right here in East County! I have a few favorite Shave Ice places in Hawaii but honestly, Aloha Ice is my favorite over any I have tried in Hawaii. We are always impressed with the place, it's cute, inviting and always super clean! The family that runs it is so kind too. Every time we have been here, someone comes to the table to ask how we are doing, if we need anything, etc. That kind of customer service is rare these days and we truly appreciate it! Any day is a good day when you get shave ice from Aloha Ice!

I want to start off saying my fiancé and I are getting married in Hawaii and we absolutely LOVE their shave ice that we are going to be having it at our wedding. Every time we go to Hawaii we always try to find a new shave ice place to try so we've had our fair share of shave ice. We drove a little over 1 hour and 30 mins to try this shave ice place and let me tell you guys this is BETTER than some shaved ice places in Hawaii. We personally think it is better than some hyped places like Matsumoto and Ululani's (which are still good shave ice but Aloha Ice beats them in a heartbeat). Also The atmosphere inside is so colorful and welcoming, it really reminded us of cute shops in Hawaii. Order: We got the Lava flow (mango and li-hing) with POG as the 3rd flavor,and we added mochi, snow cap, and ice cream. The shave ice was so fluffy, soft, and melted in your mouth like a dream. The Li-hing powder on top added a nice salty/sour flavor to the shave ice and it paired really well with the flavors. The snow cap drizzle gives the shave ice a nice light creamy texture and once that's gone you have all the creaminess of the ice cream at the bottom to finish the shave ice off with. There was absolutely No icey texture what so ever. What we also liked was that it didn't melt so fast like some other shave ice places but we also were eating it so fast because it was so good. Customer Service: Some of THE BEST customer service we have ever had at a shave ice place. It was nice of them to put our shave ice in a holder so we didn't have to hold the whole thing while eating it. They also brought it to our table when it was ready. One of the workers and managers stopped by to ask if we liked it and asked if we needed anything else which we thought was very thoughtful of them since usually you just grab your shave ice and that's it. This place shows they really care about their customers and the experience and it shows! In the end, this was definitely worth the drive and we will be coming back to try their other flavors! I have been following Aloha Ice way before they opened up this location. We would go to their pop-up just to have their shave ice. Finally, we're able to visit their store since we were in the area. It's very inviting and makes you feel like you're in Hawaii. They greet every single customer who walks in. Service is phenomenal. They bring your order to you, and they even check up on their customers. Something not all places have unless you're eating at a restaurant. So much flavors to choose from, which made it difficult. Definitely will be back!

We hired Aloha Ice to serve on my daughter's first birthday party and it was an absolute hit. So many good flavors, it's hard to choose. My husband and I went to their store front a handful of times to try their different offerings and we just love the service. The lines are always out the door, but the wait is minimal. Every time we've gone, someone has always checked in on us asking how we liked everything.Back to my daughter's party. Flavors we chose were: UBELICIOUS, Eye of the Thai-ger, Lava Flow, and Strawberry Delight.I'm just going to say this...my mom, who is always keeping an eye on her sugar intake, went back for 3rds because it was THAT good.If you're hesitating to book them for an event, just bite the bullet. You won't regret it.

WOW. I love this place. Shave ice 10000%. Decor & customer service & cleanliness are 100%. For some reason, there were no line when we went even tho it was over 100 degrees outside. They consistently had people ordering, but no line. Weird, but lucky for me because I had a hard time choosing from their options. Everything sound so appealing to me, and I kept going back and forth between the choices. The cashier was super friendly and helpful in giving recommendations as well. A staff even checked in with us to see if everything was good while we were seated. The strawberry syrup was a bit overwhelmingly sweet for me & it's not my personal favorite, but I loved the other two flavors (pineapple and guava). They taste even more amazing when combined with the vanilla ice cream. Perfect fluffy ice that melts in your mouth. Highly recommend!
