Good food but terrible service, owners need to properly staff the establishment... should not take 45 minutes to make a sandwich, definitely never coming back for lunch...

Solid sandwiches with a fun, beach themed vibe. Prices range from $10-16 based on the size of sandwich - theres 3", 6", 9", and 12" giving you the option of how much you want to eat. Tried the California Veggie Sandwich which was one of the few vegetarian options available. There were a few ways to make it vegan like vegan mayo and vegan cheese and they even allowed me to customize it by adding cucumbers and some dressing. Filling and healthy, this is a great casual spot to grab or sit at one of the surfboard themed booths.

If I could give more stars I would. This is hands down the best sandwich I have ever had in my life. You can tell they put so much time and effort there sandwich making. The workers that get hired there are unbelievable. I don't understand how you can find such great staff. This place give a nice beach vibe.

This place gives a cool beach vibe! The service is great everyone's always very friendly and helpful. You walk up and order at counter and they bring you your food. My favorite sandwich is the La Jolla so good my husband always gets the ham and cheese. He loves it fresh and they give you plenty of meat in Brentwood try this place out you will not be disappointed.

Hands down!!! Gotta be the best sandwich in Brentwood. The north shore from beach hut! Not cheap but everyone knows you get what you pay for. It's been the same for at least five years. Don't change a thing beach hut!!! Except maybe offer fries

The food was average. The attitude of the staff was very poor. I requested change for a twenty so I could leave a generous tip and they refused, shrugged their shoulders and continued working. The woman behind the line seemed to be in charge and her demeanor was very poor. This was my first and last time at the establishment!
The sandwich I was given exceeded my expectations for a deli . The meat and veggies were fresh & restaurant was clean and clutter free . Will definitely visit this location again .

Sean the owner is so accommodating. Do you know you can get a lettuce wrapped sandwich without the bread here? If you have food allergies like me they are so accommodating. I went to , two other local sandwich shops who turned me away saying you have to have bread. Thank you Sean for letting me enjoy a sandwich again.

The vibe is it in this sandwich shop delicious and a variety of choices to pick from very unique and just at the right prices with other main stream sandwich shops being pricey you might as well go with beach hut. Very clean tables the area around the fountain drinks are neat and sanitary looking and the tables smell sanitary. The atmosphere is really great that California vibe the IPA choices are well connected as well I have visited at least three times and customer service is always great service is fast and the sizes are generous. I think they should add a bar and maybe open up later it’s hard to catch them if you are getting off work a little great place to wind down.

Stopped by this afternoon and was pleasantly surprised. This is a nice, clean place with some very good sandwiches. The staff is very nice and pleasant to deal with. I suggest the Reuben. I had a bite of my wife's sandwich which had cream cheese on it. I'd pass on the cream cheese personally. Will definitely go back again. Only downside is that it gets expensive. I get it. Thanks inflation.

I love the sandwiches here. My favorite is The Woody, which is a roast beef sandwich, heated up and on top of the regular toppings they add cream cheese and Tabasco sauce and it’s a delicious combination! The staff is friendly and they really put some TLC into those sandwiches! Keep up the great work!
