I was craving dumplings REALLY BAD tonight so you know the first thing I did was search up dumpling places on Google Maps…. and lo and behold there was a Dumpling Hours that I’ve been wanting to try for a while now!I went at around 6:45pm — with plenty of seats available. Literally my family and I did not leave ANY leftovers and we ordered a ton of food. It was amazing and there was not one dish that we didn't love. I forgot to take pics because we at it so quickly hahaha.Our food came out within 5 mins of ordering and there was no wait. We had a few dumpling variations, the green beans, hot and sour soup, veggie dumplings, the fried wontons, and ginger scallion wontons. We're excited to come back! Ordered a boiled chicken with shiitake mushroom dumpling. The skin was perfect, not too thin or thick, and perfectly flavored. Not too much shiitake mushroom though. Also the steamed vegetable buns were delicious and beautifully prepared.
