The service was very slow. Food was good. Also very loud and noisy couldn't talk to person across from me with all the noise

i had a horrible experience, we got there & the host didn’t even bother siting us down he just pointed at the table. no silverware, no menu, once our server got here she was rude and we had to get up & get the menu ourselves. we waited for the food for over an hour. other guest ordered 30 mins after we ordered and they got the food first guessing it’s her family. Next time i’m sticking to Chilli’s . i am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!

Newly renovated and delicious as ever. The staff is always friendly and on point. I noticed some people complaining about the wait, but they didn't call ahead or make a reservation. I'm not sure what people expect, but if you didn't plan ahead, and you're waiting for a table, then doesn't that mean it's a good place to eat? They get 5 stars from me!

We went on a Sunday, it was very busy due to some football game or something. Despite the business, our server Ramon H was very efficient and kind. His service was excellent and felt like the restaurant was not as busy as it was. He checked on us consistently and even when the beer we wanted was out, helped us pick a new one (it was a great choice!) 10/10 with service like this we will definitely be coming back.

Oh my goodness! We come here every Thursday and lately we’ve hit three days in a row and it’s the most amazing staff ran by Grant and his crew and the best news ever is the old Chef is now the new chef and he’s back and we love him I recommend everyone come to this location.

The music was lit, The Jumbo Pizookie was so good, it had like 6 scoops of vanilla ice cream, and the nachos were fire. Ramon was my server and he was really nice and cool. 10/10

This is the worst restaurant in California… today my family and I went to eat and ordered a pizza. There was glass inside the pizza. When I bit into it, I felt it in my mouth. The manager was informed. She is a rude woman with little empathy and poor customer service. (Evidence of the glass in the pizza.) Please avoid this place for your safety and that of your family. I wonder what kind of safety protocols and organization they have in place for food preparation that could happen like this?

It’s Sunday-Funday drinks specials. They have a little menu you can select drinks from. We had the margaritas for $6. Not bad for $6. Our server Valentina was awesome! A sweetheart annd very pleasant. Attentive, appropriate and respectful. Food was really good. Fried pickles really good came out crispy fresh! Spinach/artichoke was good. I had the double pork chop $33 weekend 3-course special. Pork chop seasoned well and cooked perfect not dry. Overall it was a very good experience at BJs.

I had such an amazing experience at BJ's in Brentwood (The Streets of Brentwood location)! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect.

Char was my waitress and she was beyond incredible. She's so friendly, personable, and attentive--it felt like she genuinely cared about making sure everything was just right. She made the whole experience enjoyable and fun!

Shelby was my bartender and wow--she makes some of the BEST drinks I've ever had! They're delicious!

We came to BJ’s hoping for a pleasant evening, but were met with rude, sarcastic, and racially insensitive comments from a waiter (a tall, heavy-set man, couldn’t capture the name). If you can’t treat customers with basic respect, it’s better to say nothing at all. Truly disappointed by the service. This place isn’t what it used to be — understaffed, disorganized, with no cutlery or napkins provided. The overall vibe felt off and unwelcoming
