Horrible experience. Came in on a Sunday morning to the Brentwood, CA location last weekend (5/10/23) it was only me and my boyfriend there. Had to wait until someone finally came out of the back to take our order, which took 5 minutes, took our order and we waited patiently 10 minutes for one small smoothie and a juice. We checked in on it but all 4 employees were in the back room just talking amongst themselves not making any orders, or coming out to let us know a timeline....read full review
