Everytime I order its wrong and they never correct the issue and even the one time it was right it was watered down. Also if you have a nut allergy make it very clear because they are cross contaminating their peanut butter scoopers as I had a bowl that shouldnt have had any peanut butter whatsoever but yet I consistently was hit with taste of peanut butter, never ordering from here again. I used to work in a smoothie place and we NEVER did that, we had completely separate equipment for anything with peanut butter as we knew how dangerous that can be.

Vitality Bowls has a lot of options of acai bowls and smoothie. When I don’t know where to go, I will never go wrong with this place. The medium size is huge, it can feed 2 people. The staff was nice, patient and she helped my picky friend pick her bowl.

My first time having an açaí bowl was at Jamba Juice and after tasting the açaí bowl at vitality bowl I realized this is what an açaí bowl should be (no shade to Jamba). The açaí bowls here-specifically the Vitality Bowl-is not overly sweet, as some bowls at other places can be. The sweetness really comes from the fruits and honey that is added to the bowl and it's just the right amount. This specific bowl is my go to and they are super filling. Another fav is the avocado toast. The feta cheese that is added is a great touch and really enhances the flavor.

I loved the power panini!! One of the best sandwiches in my life. The açaí bowls were super good and the fruit was very fresh. The person who took our order was super nice, would definitely recommend!!

Delicious healthy vitamin-filled with protein food replacements. You can order on DoorDash for delivery or pickup. The location has good employees--a clean spot to provide a good vibe. My kids love this place, and so do I. The only thing I would be careful with is sugar if you have diabetes.

I just had what is easily the worst salad I’ve ever had in my life. I ordered the steak chimichurri grain bowl from vitality bowls. They left off my extra steak. The quinoa rice mix was a big ball of mush, and the roasted potatoes were soggy. How on earth do you produce soggy potatoes?! Whew chile! This is what I get for being good. ???

I am always excited to come here. It's one of my favorite treats or meals. The tropical bowl is the best. It has coconut, honey, sweet and creamy but not overpowering or sour smoothie, ripe bananas and fresh and juicy strawberries. The granola is the best as well!!It has a nice and clean atmosphere and the service takes a while, but it's always worth it for the most fresh- tasting açaí bowl. It is a fun place for playdates or to meet up just as friends. Vitality bowls is a favorite and my daughters and I cant wait to come again!!!

Came in on a Sunday morning to the Brentwood, CA location last weekend (5/10/23) it was only me and my boyfriend there. Had to wait until someone finally came out of the back to take our order, which took 5 minutes, took our order and we waited patiently 10 minutes for one small smoothie and a juice. We checked in on it but all 4 employees were in the back room just talking amongst themselves not making any orders, or coming out to let us know a timeline. There weren’t any doordash orders either or anyone picking anything up. So it was just ours to make. We asked again how it was coming along 15 minutes later and had to wave them down in the back and they brushed us off, to take 5 new peoples orders that had just come in instead of finishing ours. Then one of the female employees came out and asked to take our order -she didn’t know anything about our order we had been waiting for the entire time or what we were talking about. So we asked for a refund, thinking they’d give us the drinks for free after all of that, and they hadn’t even started making them and said we didn’t get the drinks and did not apologize for any of the inconvenience or lack of customer service. Super disappointed. Never going back.

California Food Allergy Law dictates that the top 8 should be made knowledgeable to food being prepared to customers. Yet the employees had a reluctant and also rude attitude toward inquiries as to whether or not their ingredients contained some of the top 8.Some of their boosts include Pea Protein, and Whey Protein, for example. These typically are never sold 100% pure and commonly contain Soy Lecithin. Yet I had to push quite a bit to get this information as if I was breaking into some sort of secret ingredient.I left feeling pretty awkward. Was pretty worried the young staff might've even done something to my bowl. For a chain emphasizing health and quality of ingredients, they are far too combative when you question them about it. I can easily get ingredient information for allergens with friendlier service at any fast food chain.

Brentwood Vitality Bowl...This use to be one of my favorite healthy places to go to, and I would always order a large bowl but, I have been noticing that they don't fill it to the top.Basically, if you order a large, they fill it with açaí only half way then they add the filling. To sum it up, they don't top it off. It doesn't seem as if I'm getting a good value for my money in regards with the acai bowls. So now, we're just ordering drinks VS before I use to order both acai bowls and drinks. Service is always excellent...and a nice to hang out too. Now if you are really craving a real TRUE Large Acai bowl, I suggest go to the Pleasant Hill Location, there ...they top off there bowls and it makes it feel like your getting your moneys worth. Either way...enjoy a healthy alternative.
