I had a good experience here at Black Angus. We had a big party and our waitress (Briana) did a fantastic job with our group. Drinks were refilled, orders were correct, and she was super friendly. The Beer menu was fine, it was mostly Macro stuff, but they had a couple of the good Macro options, and a couple Shadow Puppet beers as well. The Food was decent, the Brussel Sprouts were really good. My Filet Mignon Sandwich was decent, the meet was good, but it could have used more bell pepper imo. My wife wasn't a fan of her burger, but it's not her review I guess, it's mine :)Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with the experience.

Black Angus was our favorite steakhouse for many years and we especially loved their signature item, the prime rib and mud pie. Something must've changed because the prime rib meat was very chewy and not tender at all despite it was cooked perfectly to medium rare during a recent visit. And the worst part was Black Angus dropped the small size 8oz portion from the menu. Now the smallest size is 12oz which is way too big for people who have smaller appetites. BRING BACK the 8oz portion. We used to love their delicious mud pie. Now the bottom crust is hard as rock, virtually not edible. And the taste and texture have changed too. It simply doesn't taste good anymore. The only thing good that evening was the service. If you are after a high quality prime rib or prefer a smaller portion, go somewhere else. If you want quantity but don't care about meat quality, go to Black Angus.

The food is great when visiting the restaurant. It's a different experience on different days depending on who's doing the cooking. The steaks can be a bit overcooked at times, which is a downside. Portions are good and the price is comparable to other steakhouses. Take out and delivery can use some improvement: They are constantly forgetting items even though it's on the order, sometimes requested in large letters. The containers for sauces, etc. are so tiny. One tiny container of sour cream for 6 loaded potato skins is insufficient! A time or two the food has been delivered almost cold. It's a hit or miss. Mgmt needs to oversee those orders! I'd advise to dine in person.

I visited Black Angus Steakhouse in Brentwood, CA on Monday, 3/18/24, around 8 PM for dinner. For the appetizer, I was able to try the Garlic-Chili Chicken Tenders. The tenders were crispy and the sauce had a lot of flavor. They tasted great with a side of ranch. For the entrée, I ordered the 12 oz prime rib dinner with steak soup and a side of Mac & Cheese. The prime rib was a tad salty but still good to consume. The steak soup was wonderfully delicious. The Mac & Cheese was decently fine. The complimentary bread and butter was a nice addition to the entire meal. The customer service could use some improvement. Upon arrival, I waited almost 10 minutes to be greeted by the hostess. At the table, the server was nice. However, attentiveness was slightly lacking throughout the entire dining experience. After considering everything, this Black Angus Steakhouse location gets a solid three stars.

As one who eats out a lot, and must say that it's very hard to find waiters or waitresses who take the time to work with the customer and provide excellent service. I would be remiss if I did not express how wonderful and great Danny our waiter at Black Angus in Brentwood California was tonight. He was very cordial very willing to accommodate urge menu to our needs, and just overall a very personal and professional attitude, which is very hard to find nowadays in the restaurants service business. For any future visits to this black Angus, we will be definitely asking for Danny's tables. He is a superb waiter with the correct attitude and professionalism. Thank you Danny.

There was three of us and 2 people ordered salads with their meal -the first salad came right away and the second one came 20 min later right before the main meal. The cocktail sauce was sooooooo spicy and pungent it literally hurt my nose -and most of the deep fried shrimp were all stick together -was very disappointed and this was our third time visiting you

Came in with my fiancé for a spontaneous date night dinner on March 3rd. Food was excellent. Drinks were served swiftly. Our waiter Danny treated us very well. He was very polite and made sure we were happy. Hope to eat here again soon.

Hubby brought me here for my birthday- got to our table to find balloons and a card waiting for us. Sierra took good care of us, and was very attentive. We did the campfire feast- started off with some cheesy garlic bread along with a pomegranate citrus mule for me and a modelo for my husband. I had the prime rib with broccoli and a baked potato, while my husband had the ribeye with green beans and Mac and cheese. Food was very good! Ended our dinner with the crème brûlée. Overall a wonderful dinner to celebrate another year around the sun.
