I honestly liked the rice better than the chicken wings. The chicken wings taste bland and the chicken strips were average the fries were dry and unseasoned. Food is over priced as well.

My friend and I visited the Bonchon Korean Chicken branch in Brentwood, located on Lone Tree Way. This particular place offers a wonderful atmosphere and serves delicious food. We ordered the Bulgogi marinated beef, which was sautéed with mushrooms, scallions, sesame seeds, and onions. Served with white rice, this dish was an absolute delight. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the beef was tender and flavorful. It was a satisfying and filling choice. We also tried their famous Korean fried chicken. We opted for the combo of chicken wings and drumsticks and decided to go for the half & half option. This allowed us to enjoy both the Soy Garlic and Spicy flavors. The chicken was cooked just right, with a crispy and flavorful coating. The Soy Garlic flavor had a nice combination of sweetness and savory notes, while the Spicy flavor provided a delightful kick of heat. It was a great choice to experience the best of both worlds. The chicken was juicy, tender, and the flavors were absolutely mouthwatering. I highly recommend visiting Bonchon Korean Chicken in Brentwood for a flavorful and enjoyable meal. This place is horrible. BAD service. Extremely slow. OVERPRICED. I had this place in San Jose and had a great experience once they came to Brentwood I was excited. But only to be extremely disappointed. Not sure who the manger or owner of this establishment is but they should be embarrassed,
Their chicken lacking of sauce. And my order missing 5pcs chicken when we ate it at home we counted it but missing.

Ordered online food was ready when it said it was going to be done wanted to eat inside and asked the sweet gentleman working if we can sit down and eat he said yes and asked how many of us were gonna eat he put together two tables for us and gave us plates and utensils food was delicious and fresh! I was sharing my bottled Pepsi and he got me cups for my girls and even gave them ice cream!! Definitely will be back food was 10/10 service was 10/10 we left completely satisfied!!

Came to this location for the first time, and was so disappointed right away. Upon entering, the staff stayed at the back chatting. After waiting for 3-4 minutes, the staff made eye contact but never acknowledged nor never offered to help me out in a moment. Instead they stayed at the back laughing and chatting. I value customer service and this location failed at providing any service at all.

Im here for the first time after checking them out online. Surprisingly they have KOREAN TACOS priced at 0.99 online but selling for 12.99$ in store. When I tried clarifying it the lady at the counter had no proper answer. I guess she checked with her manager inside the kitchen but still no clarity!This is misleading customers and i wouldn't do it again unless i check prices for each time for each order. BEWARE!!

Food is a bit pricey, seating is limited, but it is worth it when you're craving crispy Korean chicken. Everything is so tasty. My favorite is the soy garlic drumsticks and the bulgogi fried rice. I would definitely recommend trying this place if you haven't been there:)
