Foods were 👌💯, chicken is crispy and flavor is great! Fried rice is the bomb! Spicy is definitely hot! There was a wait time but definitely worth the wait. Understandable because they just opened
I understand maybe it just opening or i order the most busy time for dinner ,order online at 5.50 pm and pick up time 6.50 pm

We love Bonchon chicken but today’s experience at Bonchon Lone Tree Way is totally disappointing. We waited for almost an hour to get our 30pcs chicken wings meal order. Once we started eating we noticed that some of the chicken wings that we ordered were not fully coated with the soy garlic flavoring plus the garlic fries were a bit hard and toasted (tasted like burnt fries) 😔 A lot of people who were at the store were waiting for more than 30-45 minutes for their order,...read full review
