The service at this location has been terrible for a decade plus. Most recently, it took 35 minutes to get a simple order done. My friends went to Jersey Mikes next door and not only finished their sandwiches but had 15 minutes to spare by the time I got my food.

I love California pita, I worked at one 10 years ago in the valley before it closed down and loved the food then and the food is still amazing now. You can’t go wrong with the chicken plate and the lemon sauce, so flavorful. The spicy hummus so my favorite to this day and I can’t find it anywhere else. Due to inflation prices have definitely gone up but I will visit whenever I’m in town.

Portions are big, tasty. I had a stomach issue afterwards (I believe it was caused by sauce)

Order a platter for your next party. A combo for five really does feed five.

I will be very honest with my review. It was my first time ever ordering food from this place. I don’t know if I didn’t get lucky with the freshness and quality of the food because it was the 24th of Dec, or if the food just happens to be pre made or frozen and they follow the same procedures to prepare it.They only put 3 pieces of falafel on your dish and stuff you with rice. At least the rice was ok. The falafel tasted old. Service was good.I don’t recommend for vegans
Vegetarian options: There’s about 3-4 different vegetarian options

Another Mediterranean spot that’s very solid with large portions. I got the Chicken House Kabob and Lamb Shish Kabob (it’s a combo that allows you to choose 2 of any meats). The lamb was the winner for me. The chicken was solid, but less flavorful then the lamb.
The thing that made this unique was the delicious lemon sauce. It went perfectly with everything, I could have ordered a tub of it to-go.
Overall the meal was great. It’s hard to tell what appropriate pricing is for Mediterranean food like this (at least for me) but it’s around the usual $17-$20+ bracket.
