The cheesesteak sandwiches are consistent and solid. Their classic wings are a great addition and quality level of a wings place.

Its too hot in this place. Please turn the AC on. The food was amazing but we couldn’t sit and enjoy because its so HOT in there.

I ordered 3 sandwiches on the app and arrived before they closed and they said they don’t take orders after 6:30pm. The app should’ve reflected that. I drove so far just to get this order and they told me I could cancel it. The app did not allow me to cancel and it says my order is ready for pickup. I don’t think I’ll be going back, I’m beyond disappointed. I order from many locations across the US and never experienced this. Terrible service!

Ate here a while ago and the food was good. Ate here recently and was very disappointed. Hardly a cheesesteak. It did have steak and cheese (cheese wizz) no peppers or onions and no flavor. save your time and money...

I'm a long time fan of Charleys. I have been since New York. Started eating it when I worked in the city and in Jersey City where I also lived. My all time favorite is the Buffalo chicken fully loaded 😋

I’m so disappointed, I ordered three sandwiches and cheese and bacon fries for carry out and when I got home I only had two sandwiches and cheese bacon fries, this is unacceptable. $45 for all of this is not worth coming to this location. Do better.

Food was horrible and not sure where this meat came from. It’s totally different from other Charley’s. The veggies weren’t fresh and I can’t go back. This is just terrible.

First time walking in for a pick up since I usually always DoorDash. Staff was very very rude. Highly disappointed. If you hate your job please don’t work there.

My go to sandwich spot when i come to brentwood to visit my family wish they had one in pleasanton or dublin i would definitely be there i always get the chicken buffalo would definitely recommend everything else and there fry are so good

When I visited, it brought back memories of the Charlie's that was in the Antioch mall. I ordered a philly with fries and a lemonade. The service was great and the so was the food.

I bought this sandwich because I was craving for one so I stopped by the store to grab the sandwich. Once I get home, I saw a fly flew out in the box and saw this fly eggs on my sandwich ?. my money is wasted and spend 25 bucks for a meal for nothing.
