While I frequent this establishment as a regular patron and typically encounter no operational deficiencies, I must address two deeply concerning incidents that transpired during my most recent visit.
First, an employee exhibited overtly discourteous behavior while preparing my order—a recurring issue I’ve observed intermittently among line staff. This persistent pattern of unprofessional conduct warrants urgent attention, as hostile interactions demonstrably erode brand integrity and customer loyalty.
More alarmingly, I was deliberately overcharged for a 'double chicken bowl' I explicitly did not request. Upon identifying the unexplained financial discrepancy via my receipt, management engaged in blatant consumer gaslighting, asserting I bore responsibility for verifying portion compliance—despite unambiguous evidence of a standard, even meager, protein serving. The manager’s refusal to physically inspect the product while simultaneously adopting a confrontational posture constitutes gross negligence in complaint resolution protocols.
This represents not mere error but systemic fraud enabled by managerial complicity: fraudulent upcharging, victim-blaming rhetoric, and deliberate obstruction of redress. As a high-frequency customer (attributable to workplace proximity) with historically positive engagement, I now experience profound disillusionment. Such practices inevitably trigger regulatory scrutiny, consumer protection violations, and reputational liability. Immediate corporate intervention is imperative.

Our recent visit to Chipotle in Brentwood was a mixed experience. Ordering through their app for convenience, I eagerly anticipated two flavorful entrées, yet upon receiving them, I was disappointed by the significantly smaller portion sizes than expected. While the convenience of mobile ordering is undeniable, it seems opting for in-person ordering might have yielded better portions. Despite this, the taste and quality of the food were satisfactory I suppose, maintaining Chipotle's standard. Overall, while the portion sizes left much to be desired, the experience was adequate for a quick meal on the go. I would highly recommend to skip their online app and order in person so you could actually get what you've paid
for.

Placed a large mobile order here. Everything was prepared correctly and on time. The only issue experienced was they did not have the drink I ordered. When I asked if thst portion of the ticket, there was some confusion on if it was possible but the cashier and supervisor got it figured out. Overall, a very good experience.

I thought they were supposed to add more meat?
Woman ahead of me got 2 servings.
I got mostly beans & rice on 3 meals. Plus half the steak was bristle, really!
Place was too busy during lunch time to find any clean tables. We ended up cleaning the table ourselves with wet napkins (made wet from using the soda fountain.). Not their fault but the parking lot is possibly the WORST PARKING LOT in all of California! It's best to park a good distance away from Chipotle.

My husband and I were excited to try Chipotle for the first time and we’re disappointed at first because the first girl that helped us Morayma (not sure how to spell her name) was extremely unpleasant, didn’t greet us and had a bad attitude, but upon paying with the Cashier DIANA, it changed the whole atmosphere. Diana had such a bright and professional attitude and greeted us so kindly that it made us want to dine there! Diana is so welcoming and makes it worth buying a meal there. Thank you Diana!

Excellent service! The rice and chicken seem to be less flavorful (seasoned) as the other locations. I’ve tried it twice and it’s bland.

Been here a couple times. Seems better when you go rather than door dash. Door dash orders always seem to have so little food especially meat in bowls, dine in does not seem to have this issue. The chips at this location seem to be very iffy. Sometimes they hit the spot and other seem like they have no salt. Overall decent if you are hungry and just want chipotle however I'd recommend driving to a different one.

I’ve visited this place a trillion times since they opened. I’ve been satisfied most times, but this very last time might be my last visit. I ordered a brisket bowl and it was filled with fat and rice. I even paid for guacamole and it was hardly any. When I took a bite the fat made me think the meat was fake. This saddens me because I always visit this location and get bowls and burritos for my entire family.

Try the new brisket!!! It was so good! The dining area was a little messy, but they were pretty busy in there at the time I went. The chip's taste different. They don't have a lime flavor anymore, or at least at this location, they don't. Parking was quite hard on a Sunday late afternoon.
