Clean, well staffed Chipotle. This is the only "fast food" that I eat so when I don't feel like cooking & cleaning up, this is my go-to place.

I visited this Chipotle, and the place was a bit chaotic. The tables weren’t clean, and they seemed short-staffed. While the employees making the burritos and bowls were friendly, the cashier was quite disorganized. One customer came in complaining that he had ordered a veggie bowl but received a chicken bowl instead. The cashier initially told him to get back in line to fix the mistake, which seemed unreasonable to me. Eventually, she made his bowl right away. Overall, the location is very busy, and parking is difficult. Would I come back? Maybe for pickup, but I wouldn’t dine in again.

Ordered a brisket quesadilla via Door Dash. They skimped out big time on both the meat (that I paid extra for) and the cheese. It is so thin, and wrapped in a way that its more torilla than quesadilla. Super disappointed in what I paid for what I got

I can't say enough about the deliciousness that comes with flavor of the meat and paired and balanced flavor of rice and your choice condiments gives the burrito a powerhouse combo. Oh and don't forget those housemate chips with guaq.

Whoever is making the chips must be allergic to salt or something. The last 2 times I got chips they had almost no salt and I couldn't taste any lime

Went around 8 pm and the worker gabe had some of the best customer service that I’ve ever experienced! I pray this reaches management so he can get praised for his above and beyond service!

Rude employees who are asked something and they answer rude and haughty and all the other colleagues just stare, you look bad as employees, not us who are the ones who are going to consume
The food was as good as it gets. And, hey, I choose the ingredients each time I eat at a Chipotle so, unless they mess up preparing it, I'm partially responsible for liking the combination I choose, right?
The service, however, could have been a tad more friendly. They are not being paid cheaply and I'm parting with my money, so there could have been a bit more smiling. And asking if the quantity they've served of an item is sufficient before handing my bowl off to the nest person would be nice. But the person at the register was friendly and smiled.
As for atmosphere, it is as nice as any of the other Chipotle's I've been to. Finding a clean table was a challenge, though. And we still had to wipe away food before setting our tray down. The restaurant was busy, but we are still thinking along the lines of not exposing ourselves to anything unnecessarily. COVID, among other viruses, is sadly not going away any time soon. We have aging parents we see and help often, so this is part of how we judge places we dine.
Still, I'd go back to this location without hesitation.
Parking: There are waaaaaay too many stores in this particular area of the shopping center for the number of spaces provided. Add to that the fact that the In N Out drive-thru line blocks a large portion of the parking area, and it's even less parking for the general public. If you need handicapped accessible parking, good luck. I believe there are 17 stores and only six handicapped spaces.

The delicious food that we all know about this chain but it made me a little uncomfortable to see how a lady, I want to assume that it was the manager, scolded an elderly lady in front of all the workers and customers and regardless of whether she was an elderly person or not, I don't think that's the case. Okay, I think that's humiliating the employees, I hope the lady contacts OSHA...
