About Eight Acres | Kitchen & Bar
Eight Acres | Kitchen & Bar Reviews
I visited Eight Acres for dinner and brunch and loved both experiences. The atmosphere is beautiful with an open, airy dining room upstairs, a speak easy vibe downstairs and views of the surrounding hills. The staff is very friendly and make you feel at home. Our favorite dish so far is the Blueberry French Toast at brunch. It has a light crust around the side that reminds me of a creme brulee crust. Highly recommend!
Just celebrated my 57th bday with my zumba sisters and omgg…food is excellent…for sure will be back to bring my family ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Eight Acres | Kitchen & Bar offers a welcoming and elegant atmosphere with a relaxed golf course club room vibe. The restaurant features a main upstairs dining area, patio seating, and a downstairs space with a bar and live music, providing distinct environments to suit different moods. The property is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, making guests feel special from the moment they arrive.
The food at Eight Acres is consistently fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The menu has been revamped under a new head chef, and every dish tried has been delicious, from the standout beef stroganoff special and fish and chips to the shrimp and grits, which is considered possibly the best ever. Appetizers like raw oysters with house pickled watermelon mignonette, pulled pork sliders, brussel sprouts, and buffalo style baby back ribs with shaved celery and blue cheese crumbles receive high praise. For desserts, bread pudding and crème brûlée are favorites, and the white chocolate pudding and flourless chocolate cake also receive positive mentions. Brunch dishes such as deviled eggs, pulled pork macaroni and cheese, and pulled pork benedict are highly enjoyed, with the buffalo ribs standing out as possibly the best ribs ever.
The drink menu has improved significantly, with recent standout cocktails like the clarified milk punch called Sweet Disposition and Strawberry Letter. Earlier issues with unbalanced drinks and inexperienced bartenders have been addressed, resulting in a much better experience.
Service is described as excellent, attentive, and personal, with staff genuinely happy about the restaurant’s changes. Overall, Eight Acres has become a favorite spot for many, praised for its food, atmosphere, and friendly service, making it a perfect place to enjoy memorable meals and special occasions.
