Great flavor 😋 just the right portion of every ingredient. The salsa is delicious, the spicy is just above mild and it taste great with chips. The crispy tacos are great, as well as the burrito.

Love having these guys here. They are right next to the dentist office. I drop off my wife or son at the dentist, I come here and get food. The staff are all warm and welcoming.

The food here has really gone downhill.. it's like they don't take pride in their business anymore.. I won't purchase from the taco factory anymore.

Love the food but I swear everytime I go there I always overhear them talking bad about somebody. They speak in Spanish and probably think no one understands them them or something, idk. The professionalism just isn’t there when it comes to respect and the atmosphere. Just plain disrespectful.

I'm going to keep it simple and just say that these are some of the best tacos and burritos you will find in the bay area. If they are within a 20 minute drive, it's worth it!

The crunchy super tacos (el pastor) are soooo good! They are huge too! It says that they are the best tacos in the Bay area and I definitely agree! The best tacos I've ever had! The people are nice and the service is great too! I love this place! I have been bringing people I know to this place every opportunity that I get!

I ordered from them all the time they’re good food that’s why I spend my money with them but today their horchata machine is out the Dasher didn’t notify me so I can have another option and just drop my food off without my drink.

I had gone with family to a similar restaurant, and ordered take out a few times following visit. I thought that I was being taken advantage of but I had to get my Dad what he wanted. Well he myself my picky kid and my own Mom were very happy with the flavor and portions. So I will be back in near future. If only to leave a bigger tip, it is very much deserved and I need to make sure the crew there know they are appreciated. Last but not least. Similar order only larger. Around 30$ less than the low class thieves up the street. I am probably going to inact legal retaliation for overcharging. They have a bar. I will pregame. Sorry lost in flashback. El Taco Factory is an excellent place with delicious food timely service and the kind of gracious
behavior one appreciates from the people you give your money to. I was happy to pay for great food and service. All were pleased. The other place is definitely going to remember me. I've decided to go there and go NUTS with friends. Happy birthday to me.

I have been here several times and I’m usually happy with the food. I always order super taco “to go”. This time it was different. When I got home my taco meat was “cold” not hot. So I took off the wrapper and I was about to put it in my microwave when I noticed something shiny in my food. I plucked it out and realized it’s a piece of metal from cleaning the grill GROSS !! I put it on top of the sauce lid so you have an idea how long the metal is.

I also noticed they now charge for chips. Before it was free and fresh. So if you get chips for free in your “to go” order it’s old and stale.

First time I came to this place was good, last 2 times my order was wrong and customer service was terable. Be nice if they can be more friendly and communicate better with customer for better vibes.
