Had the veggie super tacos!! Was the Soooo goodddd! The service is quick. They get busy so I call in my order and pick up. Get the veggie taco and you can order the meat separate(you can put it in your taco yourself). You won't be disappointed.

Food was great, I had the shrimp burrito and I must say when I got home I said I would eat a small piece and save the rest for later after one bite I was convinced that the other side wouldn't last until later . The service was good and fast.

I'm a little irritated because I ordered the Super Taco w pastor and the menu says it comes with beans, cheese, salsa, onions and cilantro, but when I got home it was only pastor, onions and cilantro, still good. I was starving so I didn't get to take a pic or complain but that's literally why I went to this specific location and was still charged for a super taco. Just make sure y'all are getting what you pay for. I would return, but I'm checking all my bags next time.

I ordered a shrimp super taco and they informed me it's made warm with onion and bell peppers. I can't eat green bell pepper so I really appreciate being told this in advance. The shrimps are huge . And the whole beans and pico made this delicious and different than any other taco. Loved it. Taco is also very large . I Appreciate the size , seems everything is getting small. They gave me extra salsa too without resistance. Delicious guacamole! Loved it they were fast and courteous. The lady that took my order was all smiles.

I had the prawn quesadilla. It was loaded with large prawns and it was delicious and extremely filling. I will be back!

Great spot. It's a taco shop, and whatever you're thinking of in your head for a taco shop, it delivers. Burritos = tasty. Tacos = tasty. Lots of different types of meat for your dishes. While I didn't see the actual spit for the Al pastor, what they call Al pastor is still very tasty. The main thing that could make this place better would be a salsa bar. With that said, the red and green salsas they give you with your meal are delicious.
This establishment used to be so good and have the best carne asada in the area. Since they have been under new management, they've really cut corners. Food quality has gone down significantly and it's no longer a family favorite. The last time we ordered take out from there, the meat was very full of gristle and the shrimp was rubbery. Both lacked flavor as if they were under seasoned when prepared. Unfortunately we will no longer be going here.

After driving around looking for a good taco joint in Brentwood my son and I stumbled upon this El Taco Factory joint hoping for a good experience. It was kind of like rolling the dice without looking up the reviews. Had I looked up the Yelp reviews I would have kept driving. My son and I ordered one grilled chicken super taco, and one steak super taco each. If you like your meat dry with no seasoning, this is the place for you. The tacos were very disappointing. When we got home I had to doctor up not only the tacos but the taco sauce that came with the tacos, to make it taste like something. My son wanted to cancel our order after noticing that the servers were using their bare hands. No gloves in sight! I know everyone has to make a living and I don't mean to be so frank but when your taste buds are set on some good authentic tacos, and you come to El Taco Factory, it can be very disappointing. Not good at all!

The food is really good the barbacoa tacos the best. However, the cleanliness is really bad right when you walk in smells like a dirty restroom. It makes you just walk in and out. It just smells bad. The restroom had no hand soap, so it makes you think how the workers wash their hands.

The environment of the restaurant is good, nice paintings and music. The staff is pretty friendly and it's usually not too busy. But let's be honest, as a restaurant it's mostly about the food so let's get into it. The food is okay. Been here about 6-7 times trying different things in hopes to find something I'll like but each time i'm just...unsatisfied/disappointed. The chips taste like the lowest quality prepackaged chips they could find, both salsas they offer (red and green) are overly spicy with no actual flavor, and chicken is dry every time. The rice and al pastor are good and usually not overly cooked. I feel like the prices are a little too high for very basic food though. Another thing I noticed was the only difference between a regular and a super taco is cheese. super taco is $4.95 regular taco is $3.95 but you can add cheese to anything for an additional 80¢...so if my math is correct, I can order a regular taco and add cheese to it separately for a few cents less. Also take in account how many times they've been flagged by health inspector reports and the reasons why. The kitchen looks pretty messy all the time and I noticed employees touch/do a lot of things without changing gloves or actively washing hands.

So my mom comes here religiously. She orders the super chicken tacos and told me to order the same but swap the chicken for shrimp I'm a pescatarian. I ordered this and my order got messed up but the lady I called (wish I got her name) was helpful and fixed the mistakes. Good Customer service is hard to come by and I really appreciate the great service. Plus the tacos were screaming good. Definitely coming back.
