They pretty much always get our order correct and it's always yummy! My only issue is that as a person with a peanut allergy, it can feel like a minefield with the loose peanuts available while you wait...
Luckily, the allergy doesn't extend to peanut oil because 5 Guys Fries are the BEST!

Best burgers around. French fries are some of the best I have ever tasted.

Food is way too expensive. If it was more economical, I'd go more.

Tried 5 guys for the first time yesterday. Waited for a good 20-15 minutes in the drive thru. The girl outside taking orders was not friendly and had no time or inkling to answer questions for a first timer. The casket and final window servers were nice. The hamburger was dry, the bun was hard, the French fries were cold soggy and salty and the pink lemonade was watered down. The kicker is half way through the burger bite, I bit into either glass or pebble rock-like material
Good thing I did not lose a tooth. This was not worth the $8.86 I paid for. It was not worth the wait. I will NOT be returning.

Good burgers, they give you a ton of french fries, just a little pricey to me for a burger, but then again, in California, they have to pay minimum wages of $100 a hour !!!
