Even with the one-off experiences that the food is not up to par or service lacking, In-N-Out goes above and beyond to make it right. Almost every other place either offers some insincere apology, makes you jump through hoops, or tells you that they'll correct the problem but fails to follow through.Vegetarian options: I've requested the Grilled Cheese in the past and enjoyed it very much.

The service is always top-notch, I just don't get the hype...at all. The burgers are "meh," piled with so many topings they are hard to distinguish. It's an OK burger that TikTok has hyped to much.
I waited 20 minutes at least late at night in line for the protein Burger which usually, at least I used to at one point like. well, there's a whole head of lettuce which was good lettuce, the lettuce was perfect but the meat inside was like a little overcooked dry hockey puck, and was discussing. My dog wouldn't even eat it. So I was disappointed. Why y'all wait in line forever I have no idea because a small shake and that burger cost me over $6 and that's not a deal to me cuz that's my dinner lettuce and a SMALL shake.

Never understood the attraction to this Cult Restaurant. Food is mediocre, lines for the drive-in RIDICULOUS and it screws up the parking lot! Haven't been there for years.
Never really been a fan of In-N-Out, until recently... I have tried it using a few of the secret menu and I definitely recommend it. Cheaper than any other fast food joints and good quality burgers and fries. Especially their shakes, they are deliciousKid-friendliness: Kids get Free hot cocoa on rainy days!
