KFC offers good chicken despite some missing items and a shabby interior. The mashed potatoes tend to get cold quickly, but the restaurant is clean with cheerful and efficient staff. Customers praise the fresh and hot burgers from the AW side, along with crispy fries. Online ordering is recommended for a convenient experience with accurate orders. The staff has improved, making visits pleasant and issue-free. The delicious chicken remains a favorite, drawing customers back to the location. The manager, Jackie, is highly appreciated for her kindness and great customer service. The restaurant also features a large dining area with plenty of tables and is fully wheelchair accessible. Recent visits have highlighted the quality of the Tuesday Papa Burger special, loaded with lettuce, onions, and pickles, offering great value. Customers often enjoy friendly service from staff members like Hendrik Murillo, who enhance the dining experience. However, some find the parking area dark and uncomfortable, and sides like gravy come in small containers. Despite these issues, online ordering remains quick and simple, and orders are usually ready on time. Overall, the staff has made visits more pleasant, and the tasty chicken continues to attract many customers.
