Terrible customer service! The past 2 delivered orders have been missing an item. I asked for an extra fry sauce and they would not provide it. New policy is you have to pay for it. Then add it as a side so I can pay extra for it, instead of telling me "sorry".Kinders, you've lost a customer.

I'm actually confused about why this place is so popular because I've had better bbq from lesser known places. It's over hyped and the flavor is just not there. Service is normal. Every location looks the same. Overall it's a "eh" for me.

The services here was really good... the staff remembers us every time we come in... The food is always made fresh and very customizable... I tend to get the breakfast sandwich which many people have no idea that they have that option... made with Bacon and Ham.... The Smokey flavors are awesome.
