I went in at 8:30pm they close at 9. No employee was to be seen I heard them all in the back and some ice cream machines were turned like they were cleaning then from the back. I then left because I didn’t want to wait for them to come out.

Menchie's has undoubtedly become my preferred frozen yogurt destination due to its delicious offerings and incredibly friendly staff. The frozen yogurt is a perfect balance of creamy and refreshing, and the array of toppings allows for endless customization. While the variety of flavors could be expanded, the staff's kindness and helpfulness more than make up for it. Their willingness to assist with topping choices and their genuine enthusiasm create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps me coming back for more. I wish there was a Menchie's closer to where I live. Still my favorite Froyo spot of all time. This is a nice location with very friendly staff. The flavors are great and my fave is the Peanut Butter which is so creamy and is almost like ice cream. The toppings are the best and the sauces are great. I always fill up to the max when I am here. Maybe it is good that there isn't one close to where I live.

This is for management only ( not server's fault) why do you have a tip screen? Pay you're workers more if you want them to make more. What are we possibly tipping for? We get our own cup get our own yogurt and toppings . They are ONLY ringing us up for there base pay. This is one place I completely don't understand why they are even asking for a tip. Please explain ?

This place has the best froyo in Brentwood! Love how many toppings and flavors they have and they have a huge outside to enjoy your froyo on a warm summer night. The customer service is great as well! They are very helpful and super friendly.

This place has gone downhill! Came in for fill your cup for 6.50 but all the topping containers are empty, staff would not fill them, we were there at 9pm store closes at 10pm

I love coming to this Menchie's location, they have an outdoor area to sit at, great selection, and it's nice and tidy! The customer service has always been great but I did recently visit and one of the front register girls named Sophia was so extremely rude I couldn't believe the tone and attitude she gave when I asked for a sample cup. She responded "not tonight" without acknowledging me or even giving simple smile. Basic customer service 101. If she speaks like that to an adult I can't imagine how she speaks to children. The other girl at the register was very kind and told me about their Friday deal which I didn't know about. Really glad made it a much better experience!

lots of flavors today but several were empty. Two of us mentioned to the clerk that the mint chocolate was downright nasty and she never made a sound. More like ignored us. The vanilla was delicious. Lots of goodies to sprinkle on it.
