We went to Mood pizza last night in Brentwood Oh My God! Supper dirty! Most of the vegetables are mixed with beacon/chicken, sauces dropped on the front table where I order pizza, Nasty! Tables are dirty, garbage is full that people throw boxes and bottles on top of the trash can. Lots of customers only 4 workers. We never want to go again!!!! Do you?

Yesterday a beer was 3 dollars. Today, they charged me 6 dollars. Nothing more frustrating than inconsistently. At least the manager explained everything to me and apologized for the inconvenience. The staff is the only reason why this isn't a 1 star review

Great customer service!! Logan and the whole crew were at their best. Friendly conversations, fast service and plenty of smiles. Got yourself the dream team, ill be back 👍
The food is very good about 2/3 of the time. I would estimate that one out of three orders end up badly assembled and missing ingredients. When it's good it is great but when it's bad, which is more often that most places would tolerate you end up not getting what you ordered, and nobody actually answers the phone to fix things. You just get what you get rather it is correct or not.

Ordered delivery and when I got the order (an hour later) I was missing half of it. What I received was the thinest pizza dough and pepperoni…no sauce and barely any cheese. How is there NO TOMATO SAUCE on pepperoni pizza..????? Also, I had ordered a drink and garlic bread….That never got delivered. And the ranch dipping sauce was barely even filled. Honestly so terrible. If you choose to get this, please go in person.
I called and informed them what happened and they offered to make a whole new order…IF I DROVE TO GET IT. I ordered delivery because I can’t drive anywhere. SMH.

Second time I doordashed a pizza from here and it was missing ingredients. The first time literally missing 4 ingredients. I notified the manager and he comped me a pizza.
This last time I doordashed, the pizza didn't have cheese and it was clearly listed on my order. Not sure how you can forget cheese, that's crazy. It just seems the quality for my doordash orders is poor and there's less attention to detail compared to when you go in.
Giving 3 stars because the manager was very polite and accommodating.
