We went in and started looking thr menu and they told us that the digital menu has more items so we started browsing and got lost for a long time looking at stuff that did not have any explanation. No ingredients, the price is off. We order the melon fruit tea and it looks nothing like the photo, it tastes like water mixed with artificial taste and a lot of sugar. I mean I can make this at home with some sugar.

I’m a regular and I always order the sweetened iced matcha latte I tried multiple different coffee shops in the area, even as far as LA and SF and with full honesty I can say no one can top the matcha here at Mt. Teablo! The owners and staff are so down to earth as well!

The price on the menu are not correct. The pictures show drinks with boba for ie. $5.25. The real price is actually $5.99 plus .68 for boba making the actual price is 6.67. When questioned they said that menu on the wall is 2 years old. The drinks are good but not that good. Won’t be back.

Everything here is wonderful at mt teablo. The owners have put so much thought and love into each of their items. My favorite is the banana matcha. I’m always greeted with smiling faces and the place is very child friendly. So glad I found a cute boba place in the heart of Brentwood!

Wanted a sugar-free Red Bull with sugar-free syrup. paid for it. Turns out they were out of the sugar-free syrup which is a bummer in itself. I'm on a weight loss journey and can't have full sugar beverages. Was just really wanting a treat for myself. Anyways asked to be refunded because I couldn't order anything else and they apparently don't give out refunds. Offered me anything else on the menu which would work in a different scenario but not for me. Person was nice enough. Not rude or anything, but just pretty upset that they're not willing to give a refund when they messed up on their inventory. Honestly enough for me to never go back again.

Very nice spot to get some excellent boba and smoothies! They also have mochi ice cream. I had a Tai Tea w/boba and it was probably the best one I’ve had. It tasted very fresh. Next time though I will ask for less ice since it seemed to take up all the cup! I will be back to try all the flavors for sure though. There’s a point reward program too. 👍 The staff here is very nice too. 🥰

I’ve tried this place a couple of times and I really wanted the matcha to be good. The first time I got it, it was way too strong and bitter. This second time, the flavor is lighter but it’s very grainy. It feels like it’s a powdered mix that didn’t mix well. It does not taste like ceremonial grade matcha. The color is not that bright, deep green but a muted gray green.
The crème brûlée latte is nice but it’s way too sweet at just 25% and hardly any tea flavor. I think this place is nice for those that like sugary syrups but don’t want that pure tea flavor.
The service here is always top notch and the interior is fun and welcoming.

Our drink was perfect and the boba was excellent! Chewy, warm and fresh. We also ordered chicken which was also good. But aside from that the service was great! Although it took a little while for it to come out, they are very nice and polite. You got a lifetime customer!
This place has amazing potential but the person working was all alone and was hustling. We found this place on tiktok and the tiktok itself was a bit misleading. From the post it had seemed like it was a coffee shop but we didn’t realize it was a boba shop until we looked it up.
The drinks were great in flavor but a bit too sweet. I think once the recipe gets adjusted it’ll be delicious. We got the creme brûlée latte, a sugar free vanilla latte, and a okinawa milk tea. Definitely recommend asking for less sweet.
Our biggest concern was the poor worker by herself. There were so many orders coming in and she was staffed by herself handling everything alone. I think the owner had come in but didn’t even try to help with the drinks.
Overall, I’d try this place again but I really hope they staff their place more and support their employees!

I LOVE TIFFANY AND PRINCESS!! Best owners ever! Everything we order is perfect! They will change up the drink if we are unsatisfied! People randomly giving reviews on YELP are completely ignorant! These girls operate, own, order or shop for items used for their creations. If you don't like the drink, they change what's not right in YOUR OPINION. This is the ONLY store that puts work into their creations, go elsewhere if you do not like real ingredients. Others use powdered flavors... Popping boba is POPPING the brown boba is always chewy.
