we came for dinner 4 people and my daughter is 2 and a half years old. they charged 18% service charge because my daughter was the 5th person 😂. my daughter is 2 and a half years old and can't eat sushi and she only sat for 15 minutes. if my daughter was 10 to 15 years old and could sit and eat the food, I would accept the rule that 5 people come to eat and have to pay 18% service charge, but she is only 2 and a half years old. and this is the first time I see a rule that 5 people have to pay 18% service charge. 6 people or more will be charged 18% service charge. 😁

I placed a order off Door Dash for pick up last week and picked up my order no problem; today I placed a order off Door Dash for pick up and the host looked me up and down, and made me show him proof of my purchase via my emailed receipt before he would give me the food. When he looked at my receipt with my full name, confirmed my full order and he still hesitated! He used the excuse that he ‘didn’t want to get in trouble’ but the likelihood that someone would know my full name, full order, and show up at the time of my pick up to steal my food is impractical. I almost told him to keep the food and I would just get a refund from Door Dash. I won’t return again as a customer.

I love their food, but on my last DoorDash order the sake I ordered was replaced with water. I didn’t give much thought to the unsealed bottle until I took a swig. It wasn’t my dasher because when I looked at the cap, there was black stuff in it like it had started to mold. I sent the pictures to DoorDash, and they kindly refunded me. I’ve been too nervous to order again with them since then.

What started as an on-a-whim visit to a small restaurant has lead to finding a new local favorite. Every single time I have come here, the service is awesome, the food comes out fast and tastes wonderful, and the general atmosphere is very nice. Neko Sushi has become one of our favorite lunch/dinner date locations, its small and simple and the prices are extremely generous for their food.

It’s hard to say what’s better, the food or the service. Rolls, entrees, everything is good. Staff are insanely friendly, just an absolute treat.
Pricing is reasonable, smaller restaurant feel, and the food is always fresh and flavorful. Can’t say enough good things.

Ordered my food togo. Paid by card and signed. I noticed in my statements there was an extra $20 charge from what I saw on the receipt when I paid. Kinda shady but still my fault, just remember to not leave total amount and tip blank.

-I first ordered the cherry and orange blossom "rolls". They thought pouring the tobiko in the center would be cute, just wasted my time. They were warm and flavorless rolls. No custom orders accepted so I hope you like crab salad and cucumber in everything, typical Brentwood policy of charging 40% more then anywhere else, and you get up-charged for any deviation. +The things I enjoyed were the unagi nigiri and the tea. ~I found it odd they didnt offer low sodium soy sauce tableside, too afraid to ask incase they wanted to charge me $5 per "premium deluxe extra low sodium soy packet" guess thats why i'm so salty
