This place is newly built,I'm glad it's nearby we also like the drive thru the young guy who took my orders is friendly and courteous,i ordered family meal, orange chicken,beijing beef and beef broccoli ,my orders took a while and i was asked to park in front of the restaurant and waited for the food.My orders are all completed,utensils,napkins and fortune cookies,good as expected,i didn't have the chance to check the ambiance but surely be here again soon.

This is a new Panda Express in Brentwood California off Sand Creek. I really don't like this Panda because they don't give you the quality ingredients that we come to expect for example when I order the broccoli chicken it's mostly broccoli maybe two pieces of chicken and when I ordered the mushroom chicken it was all mushrooms I don't even think there was one piece of chicken in other words someone there is instructing their Cooks to use less meat I guess to save cost on food at the expense of the experience of what their food should be so that's why they are getting one star and until they fix this problem and retrain their Cooks to make it the proper way then one star is what they'll be given every time sorry to say
The new Panda is great the people are super nice there. I hope it stays that way, the casher was really nice and gave me son a soda cause we had to wait for them to make some chicken. Keep ip the good work.

Great food and even better service. The staff was very friendly, greeting us as we walked in and smiling throughout the line. The new location makes it very convenient for last minute lunch or dinner. The drive thru window and turn are poorly designed for people driving longer vehicles and I'm sure will damage many wheels.

Service was bad, food was not as usual, location was not that clean and more bad experience.Most of the food was out. When I ordered, out for three dish all out so I placed order and have wait . Most of the people was waiting for food which one they place before me. Finally after 15–17 min my food handed to me. When I opened box portion was so small. More when start eating, tast was different as usual. Most off the table have food, no one tried to clean those table. After finish eat my food talk to manager one employee Offer me since sir you have bad experience so I will give you free drink. Omg I told her madam I am not looking any thing free or any kinds compensation. I just tried to give just feedback. Even they don’t know how to great customer. So definitely I don’t recommend this place.Vegetarian options: They little options for vegetarian options.

Went with the bigger plate and the food was great.I enjoyed the broccoli, it had that snap to it and was cooked perfectly. The stringbean chicken was flavorful. The teriyaki chicken was juicy and was delicious w/ a lil teriyaki sauce.
