The food was delicious, and I have to give credit to the employees—they were very friendly, attentive, and professional. However, the AI system is absolutely terrible and negatively affects the customer experience. They should seriously consider getting rid of it or replacing it with a much better system, because instead of making the service easier, it makes things unnecessarily complicated.

The dishes come quick. The staff is always quick.

Panda Express is a newly built restaurant known for its great atmosphere and friendly team. The portions may be smaller, but the food is generally good and perfectly seasoned. Customers have noted that the food at this location is VERY fresh and never overdone. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, including Orange Chicken, Beijing Beef, and Beef Broccoli, and has a convenient drive-thru option.
This location stands out for its quality food and consistent freshness, unlike other places where rice can be hard or meat overcooked. In one instance, a customer received takeout but found an entree missing. When they called, the manager Daniella apologized and promised to remake the entire plate for free on their next visit, showing great customer service. Another employee, V, also provided excellent support by graciously making the plate during their return visit.
Customers appreciate the good customer service and the successful mobile order take-out experience, even with delays. One customer enjoyed watching the cooking process, noting the hot fire from the wok and the sizzling egg rolls and cheese Rangoon. The appetizers, including the apple pie roll and chicken egg roll, received high praise for their delicious flavors. Everything on the Panda Express menu is considered delicious and worth the wait, offering more food for the same price as other restaurants. And, of course, the fortune cookies add a fun touch to the meal.
