Miscommunication on my part about the Over The Top Affogato. Owner came and offered to fix it for free when they obviously did not have to considering it was my mistake. Appreciate it.
Been a regular customer for a few years and been generally really happy with the service and their ice cream/coffee.
But lately things have gone downhill. One week ago my son ordered a banana bread and it was incredibly stale. I can't believe they would serve anyone something this dry.
And today we stood around for ten minutes without any of the three employees helping or even acknowledging us. Just a simple "we will be with you shortly" would...
