I am not the one to complain. however I've experienced being skipped over 3x in this Starbucks. Literally, walk in, wait in the mobile line like the signs instruct you to, for the next person to be asked if they had a mobile order. common customer service would be "whose next in line?" this has happened 3x on 3 separate occasions.
