Omg I love love Love this store. They always get my annoying drink right lololol and theyre such good sports about it. Also it smells soooo good in here every time I go in. Like i know all Starbs smell good like coffee, but something is different about this one. Idk I just rly like it lolol

Went here for coffee and a quick bite to eat. The girl that heated my blueberry muffin picked up trash off the ground with her barehands then, without washing her hands, handled my food and proceeded to use the tongs for picking up my muffin to push the trash down to the bottom of the can. Then she was kind enough to just throw it across the counter at me as if I was annoying her, no here's your muffin or have a nice day. Absolutely disgusting and appalling, if I wanted to eat food off the ground I would and would not come to an establishment.

Doesn't have sufficient staff, always out of certain drinks, last time I sent my daughter she was told they were out of coffee. How can that happen? Ridiculous overall disappointed in the service!

The employees there need to make sure to wear their hair up and out of there face. Literally had a barista guy his hair all over the place so long couldn’t even see his eyes. Really they are food handlers!! The manager should really have that conversation on grooming. Same with the Corporate. You need to do better.

Very nice staff, always very friendly. The only caveat is the lack of habit of labeling cups. Probably 30 times over the past 2 months I came, and almost all 30 I had to find out where whose order is, even the employees themselves can’t always immediately understand where the order is, they have to take each cup, look for notes, sometimes even open the lid. The problem with the organization and it's easy to fix.

I've been coming here for years. Veronica and Roxanne has been the main stays. I like it. It's a Starbucks inside Safeway - what else do you expect ? Lol

This is my favorite Starbucks in the area!! Even though it's inside safeway I still think it's the best one around. Whatever I order from there comes out PERFECT!! Every time and I've never had a bad experience. The ladies who work there are SO sweet and always get my order right!!

Typical Starbucks, out of everything and they didn't even have any real coffee today? Staff is friendly, with eachother only ...and if you work at Safeway. Lady stopped halfway making my drink and told another staff member to finish it because she wanted to talk to someone else there. No straw given lol it's the small things. Keep driving past this one. Never again

They close at 8pm. I came in at 7:15pm and ordered a Frapachino, and they would not make it for me as the blender was already cleaned. Are you kidding me? 45 minutes before closing?

Upon a recent visit to this location, there was a customer in front of me being served. I have had Starbuck croissants before, flaky, delicious & with wonderful 'famed' Starbuck's service. The day I visited was not one of them. To be fair, it may have been an 'off day'. The service was average/fair, certainly not of the 'famed' Starbuck's service. The croissant received, of course, due to covid19, was in a plastic sealed wrapper. There was an expiration date, which expired the following day, so the item was still current. Upon unsealing, there was no flaky texture, no golden brown. It was buttery tasting & which was appreciated. I will wait a bit before I visit next. It is presently a 'meza-meza' suggestion.
