Jay is the best barista!!! She’s friendly, welcoming and makes the best drinks, I come here specifically for her to make my drink, cause no one else can make it the way I like it! Every Starbucks location needs a Jay!
I went there the day before I left America (I live in germany) and the barista at the register called me pretty. They got my order right and were so nice and also patient every single time I went. :)
Veronica didn’t look at me, like Barista’s do at the outside Starbucks, when you ask for something specific. She said “let’s try it!” She put her own SUPER SECRET SPIN on the drink and it was HANDS DOWN the best frapp I’ve ever had! I called it V’s BB Sweet Cream Frap! Yes, the drink was great but the customer service that I got was way cool. I felt like I was joking with one of my “girls”!
