Very nice staff, always very friendly. The only caveat is the lack of habit of labeling cups. Probably 30 times over the past 2 months I came, and almost all 30 I had to find out where whose order is, even the employees themselves can’t always immediately understand where the order is, they have to take each cup, look for notes, sometimes even open the lid. The problem with the organization and it's easy to fix.
Upon a recent visit to this location, there was a customer in front of me being served. I have had Starbuck croissants before, flaky, delicious & with wonderful 'famed' Starbuck's service. The day I visited was not one of them. To be fair, it may have been an 'off day'. The service was average/fair, certainly not of the 'famed' Starbuck's service. The croissant received, of course, due to covid19, was in a plastic sealed wrapper. There...
It was the usual long wait behind the "Yuppie's". I do not feel that their coffee is any better than, occasionally worst then, other brands. I prefer organic food intake.
