I ordered on mobile and my order was completely ignored!! I was waiting inside the store for about 30mins!! They had only 2 - 3 cars on drive thru and instead of completing our order they start to clean the store and proceed to look back at me waiting while laughing!! When I went up to them to ask them about my order they got it ready while one barista was looking back at me and the other barista while laughing again!!! Never coming here again.

Poor service, inaccurate order filling, not fulfilling company
My wife and I went through the drive-thru, and my wife was trying to tell them we wanted a second drink for me, and she was cut off by the barista on the intercom by telling us our total. My wife interjected, saying we wanted a second to think about what the other drink we wanted a part of our order was. After she said that, you could audibly hear all of the baristas over the intercom say "Ooooooo", in a rude way. It made us not want to come back to this one ever again.
