While I was at the check-stand, the cashier was complaining, to the manager about not having her break and working in self checkout. I waited 15 minutes for customer service and the same manager ended up helping me. He complained about customer service not doing their job!!! Very unprofessional, to complain about anything in front of a customer.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and when I went to eat it, the egg was completely frozen and the bacon wasn’t even cooked. I was no where by a microwave so I literally had to throw it out. I also added on the 1.99 meal and when I rang it up it the price didn’t adjust. I sat at the self checkout for 6 minutes before anyone could help me. They didn’t have the “access pass” so I had to wait another 5 min. Absolutely disappointed and will never go to a Safeway again!
