Reply to a review just left about this location from Simone. Are you sure you have the right location is my first question. Every time I visit this location I get nothing but great service. I am welcomed in every time even when they are slammed. Also you say you are a partner, well as an ex partner here I know that humans get things wrong and mistakes happen. If they have made a mistake they fix it right away no questions asked. And don’t you remember being new and making countless drinks wrong. These are people not machines. And if you come here so often and it’s always wrong maybe you are the problem and should find a new location.

Every time I come to this location, my order is incorrect. Drinks never taste right, and when I ask for modifications (ex, extra ingredients), they are either not added or completely forgotten. This happens whether I order inside or through the drive-thru. Almost every visit, I have to go back inside to get my order remade, and when I do, I’m met with dirty looks rather than accountability.
I work at Starbucks, so I understand drink standards and proper preparation. This is not an issue of misunderstanding how items are made, ingredients are consistently missing. Even as a regular customer, there is no attention to preference, no engagement, they don’t welcome you in, and very poor customer service overall.
I expect accuracy, basic quality control, and professionalism. Unfortunately, nine times out of ten, something is wrong with my order at this location, and it has become a consistent pattern rather than an occasional mistake.

Since first visiting here when they opened, my frequency of visits has gone way up and this Starbucks has consistently been great. The staff seem genuinely happy and relaxed, at least as much as one can be in a busy environment and that is always a sign of good management to me.

went through the drive through to order a sandwich and drink.. lady gave attitude because she mis heard me and i corrected the order i proceeded to the window to pay they then gave me my sandwich smooshed and all over the place in the bag? not very good customer service ether when at the window. will be going to the other brentwood location instead.

I was the 3rd car in line and no one behind me ,took over 15 minutes to get my drink .Then my drink was made wrong .Also my Danish was burnt ,who is working evenings on Saturdays because you need more training .Store manager needs to train employees better . Everything about this experience was horrible.
Staff kept this place very dirty and service is horrible.

Everyone I go in here, I order something to rest and drink. Yesterday I came in and had to use the bathroom before I could get settled a lady had starts pressing me when I’m about to order 3 times within the span of 15 mins making it an uncomfortable ordeal and claiming 30 mins has passed, I’m aware They don’t pay attention to their in door customers besides harassing them, and they can’t seem to do a better job with their customer service to be more friendly? Otherwise I’m taking my business over to Peet’s where they treat you more nicely

I love the place, looks amazing, food and drinks task good, nothing bad at all. But, I asked for a pumpkin spice latte and they gave me a Chi tea latte instead, as the person asking my order be super buggy as I had told her 3 times for a pumpkin spice latte, as they were just talking and getting distracted. Great place after all!

Every time I go to this Starbucks I receive a lot of attitude from the workers In the window. I never write bad reviews, but I’m fed up with this Starbucks at this point. The last three times in a row I’ve gone the females at the window are very rude for no reason and have 0 customer service skills.

Came here for our morning coffee in the drive through. Placed our order and pulled up to the window to pay and handed a $100 bill. The girl was very rude and said we don't take 100s and only accept card or tap. This is not true and she said if we didn't have that form of payment they could not accept the cash. We had to leave and went to a local coffee shop that was accommodating.

If you’re looking for a job working at Starbucks, i strongly advise you to apply to any other location but this one. The work environment is toxic due to terrible management. The manager is extremely rude and ignorant. She will rudely call out employees in front of other staff members AND in front of customers. She makes belittling comments that make everyone uncomfortable. The constant stress and negativity make it a miserable place to work. Save yourself the trouble and apply to the many other Starbucks locations in town.
