I've been going to Starbucks for so long I call it "Run of the mill coffee"... Look it's coffee, but it, drink it, and may even like it... It's what they do, who they are, and why they are here... So if it's not coffee or tea, you should just let it be, because the food is slow and nothing to write home about... You want a good on the go breakfast go to Noah's or waffle house... You need coffee, then take it to Starbucks...

I mobile ordered the same drink I always get, venti size. I got in line before mobile order said it was done. I received my drink and it really looked low, I said something to window cashier. I didn't want to hold up the line so I just went into the store. (My daughter worked at Starbucks and she told me they are happy to remake drinks if you're not satisfied. ). I go and say my drink seems very low and can I get it remade, the girl at the register told me that's because I ordered so long ago that the drink settled--no I ordered it 12 minutes ago. Then they are laughing, window girl turns looking over at me with a smirk on her face. They give me a replacement drink so full of ice I couldn't get the straw in. So I got back into the line and ask for a refund. Window girl steps aside and the same girl from inside register is dealing with me. Fast talking won't let me tell her anything, interrupting and rude.You don't know what people are going through, you should just treat people with kindness. I'm shocked.

Today there was only three people when I walked in. Two were waiting for their drinks and I ordered. It took about 15 minutes for me to get my drink and my wife's. This is because all the employees were talking and hanging out and laughing. Instead of getting the drinks. The manager had to ask me if I was still waiting for drinks because I was standing next to the counter. Of course I am, why else would I be standing there. No wonder the drive-thru line took so long. I was in the drive-thru and decided to back up and go in thinking that it would be faster. The employees honestly look lost or like they don't want to be there or only they're just to laugh and hang out with their friends.

Bought a Trenta sized drink for $6.25 and before I realized it, I tapped my card and noticed the price was 11.25. The window lady added a gratuity on her own and when confronted about it she said I must have accidentally added it on my own. She didn't even offer to refund the difference or even apologize.

Out of town with my family for a soccer tournament. Stop by at this Starbucks Location and left in shock and angry. Michelle the barista and person taking our order out of no where just threw my sons pesto sandwich from the cashier counter to next counter across next to the warmers. Like if our food was garbage. Not even dogs are treated this way. So rude! Definitely called and complaint. This barista shouldn’t be treating people food this way! I bet if I threw it that way too she would be livid as a customer.
