I love Straw Hat pizza, especially for family gatherings. Friendly and helpful staff always either a banquet room which provides quiet calm ambience while dining with family and friends.

One of the best and freshest pizza around! The quality of the pizza is superb and unlike many other chain pizza spots. The garlic twists are a MUST! Service is fast and efficient! I usually do pick-up and it does not take long at all! The restaurant is prettt big for a pizza spot. They even have a private room. Look out for the truck during some of the local events!!!

The food was good; however, the service was not. The manager did not seem friendly, and the cashier did not listen completely to my order. This was my first time here and I was celebrating my nephew's good progress report from school, with his little sister. I was brought 4 plates, thinking one of them was for the salad bar I ordered. I went to get my salad, even asked for a fork. While I was sitting down eating, a staff member comes out of nowhere to tell me I need pay for my salad bar, which I thought I did, and told me that it doesn't belong in the plate they gave me...I thought it was a joke...I gave her my receipt to review, and she took 5 min to come back to show me the cashier never rung me up...WOW. So I paid for it and then she brought me a salad bar plate and stood there, so I asked did you want me to transfer my salad bar food to the correct plate, as she was very concerned about this plate I was eating out of. She said no, and walked away, not even apologizing for my order being incorrect....what service. I will not go back there again, not because of the food, but the poor service I encountered, which goes along way when you're spending money to enjoy yourself.

Thus place sucks. Ordered to go , got home ate the pizza and got diarrhea. Up all night on the toilet. Went back the following day and saw that the employees making the pizzas were not wearing gloves. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone pizza dough was dry and overcooked and cheese was hard as

Pizza was good. Nothing spectacular and I don't mean that in a bad way at all. You get a great meal at a decent price with your family. There is a salad bar as well and a video game room for the kids albeit a small one. We enjoyed our meal and it's worth the cost.

The pizza overall was good. The crust was dry but the toppings made up for it. The pizza is overpriced. The service was slow and very basic yet they ask for a tip even though you do all the work yourself.

I used to order from here quite a bit but it's very overpriced and my pizza tasted very cold! I would rather go to Domino's, Pizza Guys, Mountain Mike's, or Little Caesars.

As a child, Straw Hat in Antioch was a staple for in-house dining, take-out, parties, etc. Having been out of town for 40+ years, I was curious as to how this business has evolved over the years, having changed locations, ownership, etc. I was so pleased to discover the quality of their food is just as awesome — and what a vast menu! Something for every palate. We started with the Green Bean Crispers while perusing the menu, then decided on the Garlic Chicken pizza. Friendly staff and nice ambiance as well. I will definitely visit Straw Hat next time I am in town, and make a point to save room for the salad bar. Feeling a little jealous of folks who live in the area that get to enjoy this place.Parking: Convenient.
