I went to this subway at 2455 Brentwood unit F65 store I’m very dissatisfied with service the quality of the bread wasn’t baked enough and the Vega tables some not fresh and the person that was serving he didn’t even change his gloves prior handling the food touching money with gloves and cash register using same gloves the kids that was ordering after me they probably didn’t notice it .. never ever again coming back at this place

DO NOT GO there such a scam paid 42$ for 2 subs and when i asked why he said cheese is extra,avocado is extra, egg is extra when one of the subs was ham egg and cheese so how egg is extra, and I think customers should be notified that some stuff are extra don’t expect everyone have been to subway and know prices and what’s extra and what’s not, PLUS employee was on his phone in dining room with gloves on and never changed them until we asked him to change them , veggies look really old and not healthy , just a horrible experience here

HORRIBLE SUBWAY!!! Don’t go here at all. I went today with my siblings and both workers had an attitude. The guy didn’t know any of the ingredients, then the woman said they didn’t have any change once all the sandwich’s were made. They literally only had 20 dollar bills in their cash register and nothing else. On top of that the sandwich’s didn’t taste good at all and I wanted my receipt and she wouldn’t even give it to me.They need to be fired ASAP!!!!!! 0 stars if I could.

I’m here and the employee stated he couldn’t accept my coupon. I have a valid coupon I received in the mail and I drove through the storm many miles excited to redeem it. It’s a racial issue and something needs to be done.

Walked in to see cashier playing on phone. I went to this restaurant specifically because of a coupon i got in the mail. Cashier said “coupon is online only”. When the coupon actually states the use is valid for U.S. restaurants only and not for delivery. So naturally i was confused and confronted the cashier and he said “sometimes the systems dont work” I guess im just supposed to buy that as an excuse. This location sucks, personally i like the Balfour location better.

I ordered a cheese steak foot long from this shop and the Muslim lady took the order and start making it. Most of the time she seems talking on the phone. I have to wait for 10min and she asked me if I'm waiting in line. No I told I'm here to pickup the order. She said she just received the order, but I ordered it 15min ago. The cheese steak meat portion is very minimal, all I taste is just vegetables. Don't waste $13.99 for a foot long here, the meat is like no meat at all.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I hate to give bad reviews but this was necessary. My overall experience at this subway was horrible. From first entering when the worker was sitting at the table when I walked in and did not come to help me until I said something to him to my order. He put 4 pieces of Salami on the sandwich and when I asked for light mustard he put extra extra mustard and instead of doing a whole new sandwich he started trying to scrap the mustard off, until I wasn't having it. Then theirs the ridiculous price at this particular subway this is the most expensive subway that I have been to from Brentwood to Alamo. I will never ever return their unless it's under new management.
