Worst experience ever. Placed an order on the app, get to the store and had to wait 30 min, for an order I placed online. The chips were stale, the Cinnabon bites were stale, upon asking for fresh Cinnabon bites it took them another 6 min to get 2 to me 🤣 don't waste your time here, the people in here don't listen, they're too busy chatting it up to focus on the 20+ orders they have on the screen. Customer service and food was trash

Night shift randomly replaces your order with different ingredients when they run out. This is my second time experiencing my food having replacement in it. The first time they ran out of meat they added lettuce and the second time I order cantina chicken tacos they added this weird red spicy sauce that does not belong and they didn’t add sour cream after I asked for it to be added from a mobile order. They did not ask or inform me of any replacements being added to my food. What if I’m allergic to something they decided to add without asking me? That’s a health hazard and they need to be in trouble or reported for doing so.

We clearly ordered vegetarian option and they messed up our not once but 3 times. Nacho bell grande with no beef , was served with beef. We took a take out order and went home 20 minutes away from Taco Bell. And had to come back all the way 20 minutes to show them. Only got 3 combo 8(Doritos locos tacos ) instead of 4 with only lettuce, refried beans and cheese, no tomatoes or sour cream. Combo 8 is a supreme which is supposed to come with sour cream. Please check your take out order before you leave the premises. I have attached the receipt.

I’ve been to this taco bell 4 times and I would avoid it at all cost. Every single item I buy has something missing and the awkward cashier Alex can’t take an order for the life of him along with rushing the hell out of me. The kitchen staff sucks too. Forgot meat in my burritos, always forgetting sauce in things. Either is dry as hell or liquid in a tortilla. Awful awful awful taco bell. You guys suck, please restaff with people that care just a little bit.
