Out of 3 years, this is the first time that I've visited this Taco Bell and it's good.I'm very picky about my taco bells , but I would go back here and customer service was very nice

Spent 30 minutes in the drive-thru for a $10 order. Slowest Taco Bell I've ever seen and the workers did not seem hurried at all. Sad. Get it together Taco Bell.

Got the cantina bowl. The purple cabbage was so bitter. There was barely any chicken and had to go back for my nacho chip cos they forgot it. Overall bad experience

I must've been unlucky since the cinnamon twists I just bought from here taste absolutely rancid.
I don't think they have changed that oil in a long time...
Already have stomach pains from trying a few.

The food was great. Service was fast and almost accurate, but an item was missing from my order and someone had to make do without their snack. It sort of defeated the purpose of our visit as we had to pick up another snack elsewhere.

Worst experience ever. Placed an order on the app, get to the store and had to wait 30 min, for an order I placed online. The chips were stale, the Cinnabon bites were stale, upon asking for fresh Cinnabon bites it took them another 6 min to get 2 to me 🤣 don't waste your time here, the people in here don't listen, they're too busy chatting it up to focus on the 20+ orders they have on the screen. Customer service and food was trash

Night shift randomly replaces your order with different ingredients when they run out. This is my second time experiencing my food having replacement in it. The first time they ran out of meat they added lettuce and the second time I order cantina chicken tacos they added this weird red spicy sauce that does not belong and they didn’t add sour cream after I asked for it to be added from a mobile order. They did not ask or inform me of any replacements being added to my food. What if I’m allergic to something they decided to add without asking me? That’s a health hazard and they need to be in trouble or reported for doing so.
