Would have given it a 5 star, but the t.v. was down, and I couldn't watch my Warriors. Missed half the game.

Parking: The location is great. If you want ice cream, it's literally across the way. At John's ice cream.

This review is for service only. Maria, the manager was extremely rude and unhelpful when we called to explain that our take out food order was wrong And part of our food order was missing, that we were charged for. She acted inconvenienced and bothered at OUR inconvenience. She offered to have us come back to the restaurant to pick up the missing part of the food, when we explained that it would take us 30 minutes to come back, which we already spent 30 minutes picking up and bringing home the food and that that wasn’t an option ( we have 2 small kids and it was evening time) she became rude and said what do you want me to do, with an attitude. She offered no solutions and i haven’t experienced customer service this horrible in a while. We will not be returning.

My husband and I are regulars at Wence House California Cuisine and it’s always a great experience! From the moment we first walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a modern yet cozy decor that perfectly set the tone for the meal.

The menu is a delightful celebration of California’s diverse flavors, blending fresh, local ingredients with innovative twists. Every dish is beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The grilled sea bass is always cooked to perfection, and the seasonal farm-to-table salad is crisp and refreshing.

The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the food, making excellent recommendations. I also love their craft cocktails and wines, which pair wonderfully with the dishes.

Sous vie steak is a big no-no for me personally. I also was served a rib eye instead of a prime rib. I asked for it medium, and it was served well done. The sides were good. Otherwise, it would be rated lower.

Met a friend and his wife here for lunch. Neither of us had been to this restaurant before but it was conveniently located. The food was good, the service was great, and the prices were reasonable. It is in a strip mall so the atmosphere was what we expected but overall a pleasant experience.

The food and service are very good. Everything these days feels overpriced so focus on the quality. Parking is the worst! No dedicated restaurant parking and handicapped parking spaces are few and distant from the restaurant.

I hadn't been here in years I had remembered being less than impressed but family had taken us out twice recently and was surprised they had great prices, excellent service and really good food! Will definitely continue to go back!
