Great bagels, cream cheese and coffee variety. They make breakfast sandwiches with their bagels or you can get toasted with butter or cream cheese. Delicious.

Thought I'd stop for a quick breakfast after the gym. I've never been here before. The way to the register isn't very clear, but the bagels looked tasty. The person who took our order was kind, and repeated the order to us, which was correct on the screen: one Florentine bagel, lite spread, one bacon egg sandwich add tomato.

It came out pretty quickly
My bagel was just cream cheese. Lots of it. I asked them to remake as the Florentine sandwich. She came back even quicker with a sad excuse for a sandwich- cut lopsided, soft and soggy, GLOBS of cream cheese, and all my fillings falling out of one side - 1 and a half egg patties?? Bacon and tomato. No spinach which was the whole point of Florentine.

I could understand if they were slammed but they had an average amount of customers, plus at least 5 people behind the counter.

Food came out quick and the quality of it suffered. Half assed and inedible. Unfortunate. I won't be back.

I’ve been to another Willy’s, but the atmosphere here just does it for me! It’s totally a place I’d come to read or study. The bagels are fantastic, it’s in a great location, and the food & drinks are amazing!

I placed a order of 4 bagels,I ate one at the establishment and while eating it there was a long hair in my mouth, I pulled it out and showed it to the cashier,all she said was sorry,did not offer a refund of any sort.

1st time here. They messed up our smoothie order which they fixed. I ordered a jalapeño bagel which did not taste spicy at all and i could not see a spec of jalapeño. I asked for light ice and they filled the cup with ice and when I asked for a refill they said they don't give free refills. Honestly the reason I felt like giving the review is because of the attitude when I asked for a refill. The bagel was just okay

First time ordering Willy’s via DoorDash. Probably wouldn’t come back. Requested to have the bagel toasted as I ordered a smoked lox sandwich. It wasn’t toasted- sandwich fell apart. Bagel itself was doughy. No straw in the bag for the iced coffee.
