Yogurt was delicious and refreshing on a hot summer day?! The girl with the curly hair was overall very friendly! Made me feel so welcomed. Other yogurtlands have had horrible service, and this changed my mind! Please go here if you have the chance you wont be disappointed.

My mother was in LoneTree Acute Care for 4 weeks. Every time before going to see her, I would stop into Yogurtland fora nice fruity treat for her. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. My mother looked forward to the variety of frozen yogurt treats I would bring her. If you want to put a big smile on someone's face, this is an excellent option! You can't go wrong!

Yesterday around 4pm my sons and I got two cups of the yogurt with some toppings. And today we all get vomiting and diarrhea, one of my sons is having a fever now. It immediately flashes me back to one of the machine that we used has watery yogurt coming out. I poured it but little left over in my cup. I didn't realize that could cause a big issue till now. I'm seriously doubting if they have fresh yogurt daily through the machines!!! I called the store and no one was answering the phone.

The experience is not the same anymore due to COVID but you have to do what you have to do. Due to the changes, you aren't able to sample anything or even pull your own yogurt into your cup; the employee will have to do that for you. Not a problem, just a different change. My wife and I enjoyed two medium bowls of our own creations. We were helped today by this super kind woman who took her time with us. The employee was cheerful and showed true professionalism. We liked this location a lot and will be coming back for more.

Took my daughter to get yogurt and I had the worst experience. Ashley was rude AF!! She was screaming acting like she couldn't hear what I was saying. I told her my order and she bring out the wrong flavors I told her it was two flavors in one cup she grabs the two cups mad and rolled her eyes at me she goes to the back and bring the order she asks is that's it I told her no I want another one she grabs the Cup mad and drops one to the floor rolls her eyes at me again when she brought my order out I told her I needed her name because she didn't have to roll her eyes at me or be rude she than ask what toppings and I'm telling her and she's throwing the toppings mad. I don't think you guys should have people like Ashley working there I will not be returning there again. I was really upset when I left I almost left everything there.

I've been here countless times since they're opening and have always had good experiences. The employees have always been helpful and respectful and the yogurt is just delicious. Due to covid restrictions you no longer serve yourself which can make lines take a bit longer, but I've never had to wait more than 3-5 minutes when it's busy.

Employee are bad attitude...bad customer service....we come to buy not for free but the way employee are rude..especial the young man...around this area yogurtland are not only choice..i will never go back here again

I love Yogurtland and I go to them all over. This is a newer one, I've gone a few times and it is horrible! Like other YL they dont carry whipped cream and what's a yogurt without it? Well I hope they take this to heart!

I was visiting my family in Antioch when we had this idea to visit Yogurtland. We all got in the car and drove there just find that it looked like they had just closed. We were super bummed. But my little 5 year old daughter knocked on the door and the man was more than happy to start up the machines again real quick to serve us. He was very professional, courteous, and very kind to us. We all left very happy and very Yogurt filled. We'll be back very soon.

Dropped by to get some ice cream, and was welcomed by two young male employees goofing around and not wearing masks, not great to see during a pandemic. Decided to go to Crumbl cookies after that. All about employees having fun, but watching them attempt to "clean" by dragging a mop around, and playfully shoving each other, as well as the mask thing didnt sell me.
