Interesting secret location. Seems to mostly be for the office building tenants but also comes in handy for marina visitors and tenants. A bit pricy for a tiny selection too.
No drip coffee too early or late but they will make espresso drinks any time.

Mediocre coffee. For $4.45? Hard pass. The espresso tasted sour on the first pour of the day. You do need to climb the stairs out front, or go around the back of the building for the ramp to reach their front door. It seems like an employee only cafe, but it is open to the public.

Despite this, the coffee shop has a beautiful establishment and a deck with panoramic views of the bay, making it a great spot to grab and go or relax.
