What a great distillery! Jay was kind and very helpful. He went above and beyond with welcoming us and explaining the distillery process. The best and most unique spirits we have had! We love family owned businesses and this is a must go to!

Every spirit I had here was amazing. spirits that I normally would never try are just on another level. All these are served at room temperature which says a lot. No hiding anything. Everything I had was top notch. This should be everyone must stop if you love liquor. So blown away.

Wow! What a great experience! Rustic distillery with unique liqours. Distilled on site using the best ingredients. Each type of alcohol was smooth and easy to drink. The owner was interesting and informative. You can do tastings or purchase cocktails. The bottled products are available as well as some jams and bar items. A fun and unique afternoon!

This is a must stop for anyone who wants to discuss the science and art behind making spirits with the master distiller himself. Great atmosphere and great spirits that you can taste in a flight and purchase for takeout.

Amazing!! A must if you are in the area. We are staying at flying flags and came for a quick afternoon get away and the service and spirits are out of this world. You will not be disappointed!!

Talk to Jay for your flights. I highly recommend the flight to sample all that they make. Located in the back across from Industrial Eats. Very informative. Per the laws only 3 bottles are allowed to purchase per person per day.

We did the tasting and everything was so delicious! So smooth! The best gin I have ever tasted. Will make a stop every time we visit Santa Barbara.

Have been here 3 times now. The whiskeys are my favorite, but everything is great!You won’t be disappointed stopping here and bringing some bottles home from your visit.

A wonderful experience. Beautifully crafted spirits. So good, they are all worthy of drinking straight up, no mixer or ice needed. We spoke with Jay, the owner. Great guy and passionate about his craft. Go, you won’t regret it.

We had an amazing chat with the owner/distiller while trying a flight. As gin people, we absolutely loved the G7! So fruitful and flavorful! Jay said we could drink it neat or warmed up as a comforting herbal after-dinner drink. Worth the stop! Unique and smooth flavors!

Great place and an excellent selection of spirits to sample. The owner was extremely informative, their products are so smooth and just like they aimed for, are drinkable on their own. They also offer a cocktail menu! It's tucked away in the back of the building, so be sure to go on back and experience their offerings.Our favorite was their gin, which was unlike anything you can buy. It was fragrant on the nose, with a surprisingly smooth finish. I can see why it won an award in 2019. Both their lemoncellos are excellent. The habanero one had a nice forward spice, but a mellow finish. The regular lemoncello could be enjoyed all day. We stumbled upon this place on a trip to the area and so glad we did. If you can't visit them, they now offer shipping.
