Going to this place is always an extreme example of people looking for another place to work. Normally you won't see these people the next time you visit. They are just looking for a paycheck not very happy that normally very dry. I always go into the restroom to see what quality they're cleaning is normally to find it's non-existent. But if you want a meal late night meal and you have the munchies this is the place you want to go regardless of the staff.

Asked for a water after ordering, and the two ladies chatting by the counter acted like they didnt speak English. My wife asked in Spanish, and they ignored her. Another employee had to come to the front and help us. As we were leaving, we heard the ladies speaking in English to another employee. This kind of behavior is disgusting and inexcusable.

Food is made to order, so it's always fresh. I had an order mistake that I didn't discover until I got home. I got in touch with the restaurant, and they more than made up for the mistake.

Taco Bell food is delicious as always. This restaurant is in a nice location but we had to wait for quite some time for our food to be brought out to us and they forgot a few items.

Food is what it is. I was just hungry. I needed some food so Taco Bell it was... There is no service there anymore. You do everything on a kiosk. Pretty much a joke service wise.. people have a hard time with English language mostly foreigners and some Hispanic people have a hard time navigating the kiosk. It's not very intuitive.

Ugh, guys, pull it together! The team here is like a group of high schoolers that don't want to be there. The food is average, leaning low on the taco bell scale of 'eh, it's fast food', but they constantly lag behind on orders and miss items entirely.

They have a broken automated system for a drive thru where some dumb AI wastes your time and won't serve. Restaurants need humans, not AI

Very nice lady at the window. My 8 year old boy wanted to put his own order and she was super nice and patient with him. I didn't get her name. But she was always smiling and with great attitude.

Pulled through the drive through the night before Lagerville 2025. An AI robot tries to take your order at first but me and my passengers outwitted it by asking for “everything” which cause a malfunction to the main frame. So after about 30 seconds a human responded. And even though we still had no idea of our order and my tallest friend that I've ever known was purposefully retarding the ordering process, the human employee had impeccable patience and exemplary service. I only understand the Untappd rating paradigm so I’d say this is a 3.25 out of five bottle caps.

Cool decor inside, love what they did with the place, have not seen this inside any other taco bell. Would go here more often if I lived in the area! One item was made wrong but they gladly fixed it and didn't ask for the error item to be returned. My gf doesn't like onions and I do, so I didn't let it go to waste! Friendly staff, thank you!

The new “automated” ordering system in drive thru is horrible. It does not always understand what is being asked for. Only thing that saved it was one of the workers jumped on the speaker box and helped us complete our order.
Taco Bell please get rid of this new option…it sucks.

Drove through. Food quality has gone down recently.
Used a credit card that I rarely use, and the guy at the window didn't give it back until after he handed the food out. Seemed odd for him to take the card and keep it so long, but I didn't worry about it at the time. Yesterday I was informed that the card was being used in Nevada. Looked back and this tacobell was the only place I had used the card in a month. Be careful people. Copied and sold...
