Service was excellent. Right next to the exit and entrance of the highway. A quick stop to grab a snack, use the bathroom. I was surprised they also had coffee. I continued my trip to Stockton.Parking: Handicap parking is right in from of the entrance.

Almost every time we go to the Buellton Taco Bell, we get shorted on our order. Tonight was no exception. We ordered 2 Cravings boxes, cheesy roll, 3 tacos and 2 cherry crispy things. Got home and found out we were shorted cheesy roll and 4 church crispy things (2 came with the Cravings boxes). We asked if everything was there and the employee said yes. I tried to call to talk to the manager and had to leave a message. Horrible service! Food tasted good but disappointed in the results.

The kiosk for "contactless" ordering is well designed, and allows easy customization of the food. $0.10 for going green sauce instead of red on the basic bean burrito seems odd! Is it only my imagination, or is everything smaller post-Pandemic? Except the price?
Worst experience ever did not even give me one napkin food was cold gave me diet soda instead of what I ordered and absolutely no sauce I was pissed!!!

Most unhelpful and dirty Taco Bell I've been to anywhere in the world. Staff Literally go out of their way to avoid contact and interaction with customers. Food is substandard, typically poorly put together and sloppy, even for a chain.

WORST Taco Bell experience I've ever had. Manager failed to ring up order correctly, missed items in drive thru forcing me to go through a second time. Would not rectify their mistake or replace stale food items.
