The staff can be a little inattentive at first, but once seated, the service is very good and the waiters make great recommendations. The menu features a variety of traditional Peruvian dishes, including a wide selection of seafood, chicken, and steak options. Any of their ceviche is great—it's a must! The food is always well-made, fresh, and not over salted, whether dining at the bar or a table. The $5/pitcher happy hour Chichamorada drink is also something that's a must for sweet tooths. The restaurant is very simple and clean, super unpretentious while listening to some cumbias. Overall, Aji Limon is highly recommended for an authentic Peruvian dining experience. Definitely stop by!
