Customer service was absolutely terrible. Not willing to accommodate the customer on making a pretzel when the store is still open. Rude staff that is not willing to listen.

Customer service and management is terrible. I have an Auntie Anne's gift card that I used just fine recently at another location, and the employees at this Buena Park location couldn't figure out how to use it. Not exaggerating. She was even on the phone with her supervisor and couldn't figure it out. By the time I got fed up and used my CC to make the purchase, my pretzel was cold. I just called back to try and report what happened to a manager, but the employee that answered said there was no manager in, and she didn't know when one would come in. Never coming back here again, I can see why their locations are closing up - why deal with apathy and incompetence when you can get a better snack somewhere else?

Many of these locations keep changing their hours so frequently that the information on Google is incorrect. This Jamba Juice / Auntie Anne's location has had a number of issues since opening. These include consistent timely service, ordering ahead not working in store so you have to wait longer for orders after you get to the location, so it's not just incorrect hours on Google. I think these two products are liked by many, but the combo of inconsistent customer service, incorrect information online, and quality issues (inconsistentlynmade) with food, really diminish people's desire to return after a while.

I took my son to go get pretzel bites and I ordered a pretzel dog. We usually go to the one in Cerritos mall first and last time coming To this location. First they got my order wrong.When I received the food both of the items had seemed like they were sitting out for hours they were very stale. Very disappointing especially being that they are strictly a pretzel place. My son didn't even want to finish half of his order. He told me the only ate the first half because he was hungry.A big waste of time and money

What can i say, this place is A-MAZING!!! CRYSTAL did a phenomenal job with serving me my order with the help of Zoey and her kind manners. 10/10 101% will come back again tomorrow!! hoping to be served by the same people….

10/10!! THE best customer service I have EVER experience. I accidentally ordered the wrong item, but the cashier Zoe was very quick to resolve the situation at hand. As a bonus, she even threw in a side of jalapeños. When I come back, I will make sure to ask for Zoe.?
