I had a pick up order on Christmas Eve from this restaurant location. When I arrived there was quite a few people in line ordering. I am on a timer when I pick up orders. There was a gentleman standing at the register. He was not helping anyone or doing anything. I asked him if he could help me with the DoorDash order. he gave me the nastiest look and pointed me at the poor older woman who was extremely busy. He stood there and did nothing the entire time that I was waiting. I was there for over five minutes this was completely unprofessional and just downright nasty. It is a holiday. I am on a timer. This is extremely inappropriate and unacceptable behavior and I will be submitting a complaint.

Do not go here,the food is horrible!!! And the service is even worse. U don't know what kind of meat is in the phone but it l9oked weird had a strong odor and tried not to give me a refund it had white Grassley clear fat or something it was disgusting.

I definitely recommend if you're craving banh mi! They offer buy 2 sandwiches and get 1 free. I love how the sandwiches are prepared fresh, made to order and always taste delicious. I also love their sesameball dessert, springrolls and to-go porkchop plate. Such great customer service, friendly staff members and delicious food!😋

Glad this place opened in Cypress. The sandwich are a good deal, drinks are delicious and affordable, and the Pho is great. I don’t add extra condiments to my broth, so it was very hearty and delicious. Perfect to my taste buds.

Been coming for years and all I can say is SO. GOOD. The price. The flavors. The BOGOs. It’s got me on the hook for life. They even have headcheese here, which has been disappearing from other locations menus. It can feel small and chaotic in the restaurant when it’s busy. Overall a good spot.

It’s my go-to restaurant for teriyaki chicken. I like their sandwiches too; great price. The Vietnamese dessert is delicious. I typically call in to pick up and it’s very fast and easy. They also have a drive through and you get a free egg roll. I’m glad to have this restaurant in my neighborhood.
While waiting for my order i saw the restaurant manager committing unsanitary practices and he was so rude when i brought it to his attention. I will never go back to this restaurant again . Customers beware.

This place is pretty good. Very decent. It's a bit small inside but have never seen it too crowded.My daughter and I come here when we do laundry around the corner. There are so many options, Food and drinks. And the broth for both chicken and beef was very delicious.
