My wife, my daughter and I decided to eat dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings located On the Mall in Buena Park. It was the first time we had ever visited this particular location and we are sad that we hadn’t gotten there much sooner. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome, and seated immediately. We observed that the restaurant was extremely clean, enormously spacious, and all the staff members were busy ensuring patrons had what they needed. This was an excellent sign that the experience would be nice. Our server was Jaqueline and she was terrific! She was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and efficient! She made sure that our orders were correct and that we had anything else that we wanted to make our dinner memorable. My wife ordered Cheese Curds and French Fries which she thoroughly enjoyed, and my daughter had the Ultimate Sampler. She was also pleased with her selection and loved her food. I had Pretzels, and later added a Cheeseburger and Fries. All of our orders were freshly prepared and delicious! Thanks Jaqueline for everything! You were awesome! As we were finishing our meal we got a visit from the manager Paul. Initially we thought we would get the rudimentary “ how’s your meal spiel” and there was a tiny, teeny bit of that, but there was so much more on deck and we were here for all of it!
Paul was an unassuming, professional, kind, and courteous restaurant manager; but more than that, he was a really great person and wonderful human being to boot! He asked about our lives and was kind enough to share with us about his own. We learned that he was from Australia, happy and very astute in the fine arts of music! He shared a bevy of knowledge about various artist covering several different eras and it was quite impressive to behold. It was a nostalgic trip down memory lane, and we left the restaurant smiling and feeling fantastic about our chance encounter with Paul. Thanks for a fun and relaxing time Paul and for sharing your story with us! You are one-of-a-kind, and we can’t wait to visit your establishment again to reconnect with you! Until then, keep giving those great vibes, and making folks feel at home! We highly recommend this establishment for great food, good fun, and wonderful fellowship, which is hard to find these days!

Went there last week with my family, I payed IN CASH, The bill was 50 something doallrs, they charged the card they had in their system 100 bucks more!! We were literally the only ones there and they made that big of a mistake! What a joke, never going there again, (food was good but cmon!!)

Went for the game on Monday night. The atmosphere was fun and the food was great—I recommend the wings sampler platter and the Philly cheesesteak. Service was slightly slow due to the crowd, but otherwise a good experience
Honestly this is my Go to place to watch sports with couple of my friends and coworkers . I can honestly say that Paul(Australian) makes you feel so welcome not only of the way he is as an individual but the way he interacts with everyone and actually knows what he talking about when it comes to sports .. other locations always have a manager that doesnt have a clue what sport is on and can actually teach you a little or two things about sports ! If your ever in the area stop by and says whats up to paul and their amazing staff always make you feel very welcomed !!

This chain offers all these deals and discounts to try and save their business and they still offer the worst food and service. They stopped putting sauce on their wings a long time ago, you order sauced wings and there's maybe a drop or two on there. Good luck finding your server, 2 people at our table got their food 30 mins before we did, and our server just randomly came by with our food later on with no apologies or anything. Couldn't find him again after that to ask for boxes or even the check. BWW is always like this, no matter the time or day or location. BWW will be one of the many failing chains much sooner than later

One of the best dinner experiences we’ve had in a while! Patricia was our server, and she did an amazing job — super friendly, efficient, and attentive the whole time. Our food came out perfectly and within about 10 minutes of ordering. Everything was spot on. Definitely recommend checking this location out.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Just went in and they told me to sit wherever. Never got a menu had to get it myself. It looked like they were understaffed and I’m a patient person and waited 30mins and still never went up to the table. After waiting the 30mins I left and went to Olive Garden, which I was seated immediately and got my order taken. Moral of the story don’t go to Buffalo Wild Wings and go to Olive Garden instead!
