Yesterday we only ordered from here because it was wing day & you got 6 wings for free if you placed a $10+ order.
My husband picked up the order at the time They said it would be ready by. He ended up having to wait another 20 minutes for it to be ready when he got there . They forgot to put the free wings in the bag & he didn’t realize until he got home. The fries were stale & cold the wings were completely hard & dry & the ranch was sour. I only ate a couple and my stomach started to hurt so bad and it’s still hurting this morning!! We had to throw the rest away! Completely disgusted with this location!

I don't give them 0 stars because you can't but what a shitty service, 1 hour and 20 minutes and they didn't bring me my food, the waiter is indignant, we only have drinks I had to leave because I wasn't going to wait any longer, just wasting time in this place
Consistently takes an absurd amount of time to get food. Waiting as I speak, was told my food would be ready at 5:20. It’s currently 5:40, I’m still waiting and wasn’t told how much longer it would take.

This place doesn’t deserve even one star.!!!! Lady at front forgot to add our name to list to be seated. They sat down multiple families before I noticed. No one apologized or seemed to care about the mistake. Then our server took our drink order and at the end asked us for a card on file saying they have a lot of people who walk out without paying so she needs a card before. I said I wasn’t comfortable with that. I have baby and a child with me I’m not running out. lol she said ok no problem. Then an employee without introducing himself rushes up to our table and says “it’s our policy to get card on file. I need one. It’s been this way since before I started here 6 months ago”. I was in shock at whoever this person was would come up to us with that demanding demeanor. I see his name tag has manager on it. I couldn’t believe how bad this experience was so we left. Manager didn’t care about the first mistake about our name not being written down and then to talk to us that way was so unprofessional. So of course my family and I left. I will never come back and don’t recommend anyone else does either. FUTURE CUSTOMERS SHOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY THE ORICE FOR PAST CUSTOMERS MISTAKES!

Slow so slow unlimited apps could take a week to get your money's worth. Plus ask for your credit card up front never had that happen before. Will not be coming here again

Being asked for a card on file before even placing an order felt more like checking into a hotel than dining at a restaurant. It immediately set a strange tone.
What followed only confirmed the uneasy start: the service was, quite frankly, the worst I’ve ever experienced—bad enough that, for the first time in my life, I left without tipping.
I actually visited because of a well-placed Google ad, so the marketing team is doing its job. But here’s a thought: maybe invest some of that advertising budget into staff training. It might help turn first-time visitors into regulars, instead of driving them away.
When I asked if a manager could remake a dish, the server curtly told me “no.” No explanation, no empathy—just a hard stop. That response told me everything I needed to know about how customers are treated here.
There’s a fine line between casual and careless. Unfortunately, this place leans hard into the latter. I won’t be back, but I hope others have a better experience than I did.

I’m extremely disappointed and hurt by the treatment my family and I received at Buffalo Wild Wings at the Outlets of Orange. We arrived around 5 PM and were told there would be a short wait. We ended up waiting for about an hour while we watched the hostess continuously seat other groups many of whom arrived after us and were white before us.
There were clearly many empty tables in the restaurant, yet every time we asked for an update, the hostess gave us vague or dismissive excuses. The most upsetting part was seeing her seat a group of 10 people before us, while we were just a party of 3. It felt impossible to ignore the pattern and the way we were treated compared to others.
This experience made my family and I feel unwelcome, disrespected, and singled out due to our ethnicity. I never expected to face this kind of treatment in 2025, especially in a public restaurant where everyone should be treated fairly.
I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the issue. No family should have to feel ignored or discriminated against because of the color of their skin.
Decided to stop by for some wings and a sweet treat after shopping in the area. Boy was i surprised. Our server Maddie was so kind compared to many previous Buffalo visits. However, she really stood out to me because she did not forget the extra ranch, my husband and I requested 😇 We love bleu cheese and ranch with our wings so extra is always asked for. And She took her time, not rushing us but also in a considerable amount of time since she had other table. Maddie we love your service and we’ll be asking for you next time we stop in 😊

Worst service I have ever had in my life. Every single time I tried to order something I had to call my server. When I was waiting for me to get seated I was waiting 15 minutes! Then we ordered the food after calling the server around 4 times to order our food. We waited around 30 to 40 minutes then we got our food. I got my sandwich and it was the size of a fork! The smallest sandwich I have ever seen in my life! So sad, don’t ever come to this location. If I could put a - star for the service I would, super disappointed.

This has to be the worst Buffalo Wild Wings location. We waited over an hour for just water. Even worse was the wait time for food. It took them over 35 minutes for 6 wings to come out of the kitchen. Just for two of them to be burnt. Not to mention the whole restaurant and bathroom was nasty.
To top it all off my boyfriend and I ended up getting sick 10 minutes after leaving the store. As if this wasn't bad enough our two servers, yanni and some lady with tattoos were extremely rude and had an attitude. This visit was a complete disaster. Don't eat at this location, we'll be filing a complaint with the orange county health department.

My friend and I dinned here on Monday night, the restaurant was more than half empty, they only had 1 server, we waited to long to order drinks, we had the all you can eat wings and fries, food took 30 minutes to come out, they fries were old and cold, when we asked for ranch dressing the manager and server went by us multiple times without bringing it to us, we waited to much for refills and more wings, total of 2 hours for cold fries and semi seasoned wings served on paper trays
