The place is dirty trash everywhere. My table was sticky and chairs were sticky. The extra seats at our table was literally broken but still next to us. And wings were horrible its dry no flavor. Oh yeah and also. We didnt drink we just had wings. And they literally make you pay before you even eat. Not keep a tab open. They make u pay plus tips. Before you even get a glass of water. We ordered. They bring u a check to pay. And no apple pay! This place is going down hill. Id stay tf away!

Absolutely THE worst Buffalo wild wings, location Buena park, was there for almost a hour in a half and they couldn't bring out our food this place was probably the worst service ever for any restaurant I've ever been to

Came at 4:30 on 3/1/25. Place was empty and still at 20+ wait . Service was bad location was dirty as hell . . It took 40 minutes for a chick to pick up trash from the front and she was just clicking in. The four waitress just walked by it . Under our table as bad after being seated . This location just keeps going down on over all service.
Just read the comment from the owner . Acknowledging this post and apologizing doesn’t solve the issue . I should’ve have to submit a form so tables get cleaned .

Do not come if you have any sort of time constraint. Everyone on staff is incredibly kind and fun. Food was decent. But I don't remember the last time I was at such an understaffed restaurant. Our poor waiter was running around like a chicken with his head cut off from table to table and only the Lord knows how he was able to do it with good humor and a smile on his face. It took 30 minutes just to have our order taken. Then we spent the majority of our remaining time waiting for follow-up services like sauces so that we could eat, or waiting just to be able to flag down someone to correct the wrong burger originally sent to us. We had to get up and walk around to find someone when we needed to-go boxes and then again to get the check. Dear BWW corporate: Stop understaffing this location!

The first bartender that served me was great! The one that replaced her was not great at all, she served two people next to me then proceeded to serve other people while ignoring me, which is crazy because I sat next to the people that she served while she ignored me

Horrible customer service, waited more than 45 minutes for seating, took forever to get our food, just to get it wrong, and employees were forgetful on half of our meal. And our order wasn’t hard to get right. I’ve seen better service in worse restaurants.

Overcooked wings like chicharron, They put a little sauce for the wings. I don’t like that you need to give your card on file ,but I understand many people run Without pay.
